The location was great - close to the Taos central plaza which had restaurants & shopping and was very scenic. The building is historic and very quaint. The artist owner and the manager were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. However, the weather was warm and the air conditioning unit did not seem to be able to keep up with the size of the casita. Also, the sky light windows did not have shades to block the morning sun.

The artwork throughout the house was amazing. The location was a block from the plaza. The host was entertaining.

Kitchen had all of the essentials to cook a nice meal and was very clean. The environment is comfortable with a lot of artistic elements including Inger's own beautiful works of art on the walls. If you have trouble with the heat, reach out to the host. We didn't and should have because we could not figure it out and were cold most of the time.

This was a delightful experience; the artistic decorations were amazing and very homey. Inger Kirby was very friendly right from the start, and we loved her art.

Very cute casita with so many artistic touches. Great location in central Taos. Agree with others that narrow winding staircase to only bedroom will not be manageable by some people and should be flagged more. Also need to replace at least one of the windows in the bedroom so that it can open to allow fresh air in; it was quite stuffy up there without the fan going all night.

Just beautiful and comfortable. Some people may find the coiling steps to the loft difficult it was a little chilly at night but the temperature did go pretty low otherwise just beautiful kitchen fully equipped bring your own coffee filters wonderful loved it will definitely come back

Perfect Taos flavor for a wonderful 1st visit. Beautifully clean, bigger than we thought and very welcoming. We loved being in the heart of town to become acquainted w Taos and its people and COLORS- the biggest treat at the Casita. Great stay! Thanks

It was a great place but the only thing that I did not like was the fireplace was not real, but overall, it was a beautiful place.

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Taos. The casita was exactly as advertised. It is within walking distance to the plaza and many local restaurants. Check-in was easy and we had plenty of room. I will definitely recommend Inger's casitas to any of my friends and family who want to visit Taos.

Beautiful casita!, Walking distance to The Plaza, Kit Carsen park, and all amenities you might need. Inger is a delight! Visit her studio right next door. No complaints for us, but a word of warning to some - the bedroom can only be reached by a narrow, spiral staircase. We found it charming , but some could be hindered. Worth the climb though because the bed was really comfy!

The guesthouse was very spacious and full of light. It’s full of the artist’s work and other pieces which was very charming. The location is absolutely fantastic for exploring Taos. However, all the light meant it was very bright once the sun came up in the morning. I would recommend a sleep mask to any light sleepers. There is A/C which is not always available in this area so the fact this guesthouse did have it is a plus. But the thermostat is locked and not controllable, which I’m sure is to save on energy. It meant I was very warm at night even with the provided fans as the windows weren’t operable in the bedroom. As a heads up to others, there’s also a required additional damage protection plan when booking. I don’t recall this being mentioned in the listing. It’s not a huge amount but a fee to be aware of.

The property is well kept and comfortable. We walked to Taos Plaza several times for coffee, relaxation, and to people watch.

This was a lovely casita in a great location. Our only concern was that there should have been more exploring disclosure about how narrow the spiral staircase was to the loft and the fact that the only bathroom is located on the first floor, where a trundle bed is the only sleeping option. This arrangement would not work for many guests.
