1. SMOKING / DRUG USE:

- Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $900 fee.

2. PARTIES AND EVENTS:

- Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors.

3. PETs

-At this time, this particular home does not allow pets.

4. CLEANING FEE:
- In addition to the base cleaning fee, we will charge an additional $80 for 30 days stay or more. This covers the deep cleaning at the end of your stay.

4. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY:

- Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

5. QUIET HOURS:

- Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times.
