Stayed Mar 8, 2026My brother and I loved Caracol Estates. We went to the beach every morning and then returned for lunch a siesta and hanging out at the pool in the afternoon. The gazebo hut is the most beautiful place in the afternoon and early evening as there is the most fantastic view and always a lovely breeze. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed Feb 19, 2026An amazing estate with everything I needed for a beautiful week. Felt like I had the entire place to myself, very well laid out and private. The pool was a daily delight. Host was very responsive & all staff I interacted with were equally lovely! Definitely planning to come back. The steep walk from plaza not a problem. Met many wonderful locals along the way. Pueblo magico!

Stayed Jan 22, 2026We had a great stay. The place is fantastic. It is a little steep getting up there and you do hear some of the town noise. One of the best holidays we’ve had. We would definitely stay there again. Joanne and Larry are great hosts.

Stayed Jan 12, 2025Condo is absolutely beautiful and stocked with everything you could need for a trip. City is beautiful and fèels completely safe. Host helped give recommendations for transportation to and from airport. Only complaint we had is the view that drew us in, the breathtaking view from living area and bedroom is now obscured by a huge building. Its not new construction, its abt 5 stories and almost completely blocks entire view. There is a small comment abt construction in the last line of description which was the explanation that we got. Pics should be updated for sure, as this construction has been underway for quite sometime. Other than that, stay was perfect. isbbuilding.communication.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024The estate is beautiful, but a lot of steps to haul any heavy luggage. We hiked up and down gringo Hill for the first few days and then we rented a golf cart to get around. The staff on the property were very friendly. The swimming pool was cold and refreshing. Sayulita is a party town and you could still hear the revelers and the music at night. But, for the most part, we had a great stay and the property had everything we needed.

Stayed Feb 6, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at Sol. The accommodation for us was excellent. A little bit noisy at night from the city but bearable. Bring earplugs. It’s quite hilly but manageable.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023This was our first international vacation in 4 years, and it was wonderful! Sayulita is such a cute town, full of action and excitement if you want it, and quieter spots if that’s what you’re looking for (like us). We spent time every single day in the pool and the palapa. Loved that outdoor space so much! The casita was great. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and JoAnn was super helpful. We took the advice of others and brought ear plugs and were thankful for them. The sound does travel at night. We had a breeze every single day, so found that having the doors open while we were in the casita kept the temperature very comfortable. The a/c was fabulous for sleeping. We highly recommend pizza at La Rustica, it’s the best pizza we’ve had outside of Italy. We also loved Don Pedro’s for a fancier dinner, and yummy inexpensive tacos at Prieto’s. Definitely stroll over to the French bakery on the north side for fantastic croissants. Overall, a fabulous vacation. Thanks for sharing your space with us JoAnn :)

Stayed Mar 4, 2023The Sol Casita at Caracol was wonderful. The casita was clean and very comfortable. The views from the balcony and the pool area were lovely. The casita had a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. (including an iron and blow dryer!) The on-site staff was friendly and helpful. Communication with JoAnn, the host was quick and efficient. The casita is a 5 min. walk into town or 7 mins. to the main beach. There is definitely a steep, cobblestone hill, but we liked the walk and were not bothered by it. We rented a golf cart for 1 day and returned it early. The only con to the entire stay was the Saturday night music/party noise. Sayulita is a sunny, beautiful, fun town with lots of great food and beaches. Sol Casita is a wonderful place to stay when visiting!
