Stayed Aug 4, 2025Remote, peaceful, and a little piece of heaven. If you want a place to recharge and get away from it all... this is the place. No noise or light pollution... just you and the great Montana outdoors. Amazing facilities with even better views.

Stayed Aug 20, 2024This was a perfect place to stay to unwind and get away from it all. It was very relaxing. We enjoyed spending time on the back patio during the evening. We also enjoyed one early evening having a breeze blow thru the whole house bringing in the fresh Montana air. We did not have the opportunity to take part of the offered hikes or horse brushing activities but look to come back one day soon to do just that. The bed was wonderful and the view while lying in bed was top notch. We highly recommend staying here and will recommend it to others as well.

Stayed Jun 15, 2020If you're looking for a quiet and beautiful mountain retreat where you will have little or no contact with other folks, this is the place. It's a little far to YNP, but so peaceful and gorgeous we were quite content to stick around and watch the everchanging sky, do a local hike and enjoy wildlife from right there when the weather was uncooperative and we chose not to drive. If you need to get away from it all and you're okay with out streaming screens, stay at Sophia's.

Stayed May 13, 2020Sophia’s house has absolutely stunning views and is a unique property! Just what we were looking for. We enjoyed meeting the staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Everything was excellent. My wife and I would highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

Stayed Jul 25, 2019Most stunning mountain views ever. Very private. Saw plenty of wildlife but never another human. Clean, neat and had all the amenities we required. And if that isn't enough, you are donating to a very worthy cause. Can't wait to stay here again!
