This converted shop/garage is now a cozy living area with all of the amenities of your own home offering plenty of privacy.

This home has an open living room/kitchen with a full bathroom/laundry room on the 1st floor and an enclosed bedroom loft.

The kitchen has all the conveniences necessary for day-to-day living: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, potsand pans, utensils, plates, glasses, bowls, cutting board, knives, etc. There is NO dishwasher.

The living room has a loveseat with a pull-out bed (full-size), armchair and footstools with flat screen tv with Roku Firestick (bring your app passwords). Internet is also available. There is a desk with chair, and the dining table can easily seat 6.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity area that also includes the washing machine and dryer. Towels, wash clothes, soap, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

The upstairs bedroom loft has a small closet and 2 dressers. The queen-size bed mattress has a Serenity foam topper. Even though located in the loft the room is light and airy during the day with a blackout shade for those who like to sleep-in or take a nap.

We love our dog and take her with us when we travel, so we understand the need to be able to find an accommodation which is pet friendly.
- Having a prior discussion regarding dogs, before booking is appreciated.
- Please be aware of the additional Pet Fee ($100.00) which will be added to your booking.
- Please be aware we cannot accept pitbull dogs as our homeowner's insurance will not cover pitbulls.

The home sits back from the main highway approximately 3/4 mile adding to the feeling of seclusion. Once at the home it is peaceful and restful being surrounded by the beauty of God's creation.

The home is 5 minutes from downtown Priest River and approximately 35-45 minutes from Priest Lake and Sandpoint; an hour away from Spokane, CDA, and Schweitzer Ski Resort; 90 minutes from Spokane Int'l Airport.

*** Note: This property is unique and may not be for everyone. With this in mind:
1) the road leading to the home is up a bumpy dirt road;
2) the loft is shorter on the sides than in the middle; those over 6' tall will need to be careful to not hit their head.
