Schoodic Peninsula, Acadia National Park, Winter Harbor Maine

Stay was good overall. Recommend providing more towels. We were there for three nights and were provided only one bath towel per person. Also recommend better window covers that cover the entire windows, including the door that had no cover at all.

This is a cute little house in a quiet, relaxing area. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect for pancakes. Wifi was sketchy. There are some close cute little restaurants in the area. You do have to drive quite a bit to find activities and a beach. Overall it's a nice, relaxing place to stay.

Ideal location, very easy access to multiple trails and hikes. Would definitely recommend, home is clean and exactly as advertised. Plenty of parking and located in a nice quiet part of town.

Great location. Seconds away from the beautiful Schoodic Peninusla, and an easy drive to Mount Desert Island. Great local info on places to visit and eat. Cute little property with very comfortable rooms.

A perfect place for all our adventures! My friend and I had a great time sitting outside and enjoying the environment! It was clean and cozy! Like I said the perfect place!

This property was charming and very close to Acadia at the Schoodic Peninsula with an endless choice outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. The hosts were wonderful and kind, and the accommodations were perfect- quiet, clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Even better than the photos! Every little detail was thought of. It could not have been nicer!

We had a such a memorable time in Maine. Staying in Jill’s guest house was perfect. The simple, small touches around the house made all of us feel welcomed. We highly recommend this space for a lovely visit to Acadia National Park area!!

This rental was perfect. My husband his best friend and I rode our motorcycles to the Schoodic Peninsula. The rental was clean and incredibly cute. The proximity to Acadia was amazingly convenient. We rode around the Peninsula and Mount Desert Island, visited Bar Harbor and rode to the top of Cadillac mountain. We loved the local restaurants and the peaceful location.

Jill and Bruce’s place was wonderful to stay at. It had everything we needed for a family of 4 and the location was great. Highly recommend!

This was a great property for our family’s summer vacation to visit Acadia National Park. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and provided lots of great info about exploring the area. We would definitely book this home again if we’re able to visit again in the future!

This cheerful, comfortable, clean cottage was a great home base for our Acadia trip. It’s easy to get to Bar Harbor by car or ferry, but we found the Schoodic part of the park to be beautiful and much less crowded/touristy than Desert Island.

Lovely, comfortable place.

We so enjoyed our stay! Owner was responsive and courteous. Property was clean, quiet, and well-cared for. We had all we needed for our stay, and owner’s recommendations for dining and recreation were spot on. The Schoodic part of Acadia, just down the road, is quiet (not crowded) and beautiful. We were far enough from Bar Harbor but not too far to go over for the day.

Jill was absolutely the best! Such an amazing host! She responded to our messages right away and was very accommodating when we left a cell phone after check out and had to go back to get it hours later. The place was perfect for what we were looking for and a nice quiet spot to relax after spending long days in Bar Harbor. We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we are passing through.

The perfect coastal Maine getaway cottage. The place was incredibly clean and it was the perfect location to enjoy Acadia National Park without the crowd. 10/10. Thank you for opening up your guesthouse, allowing us to stay and helping to make our family trip a success.

Comfortable little place. Two nice bedrooms. Huge bathroom. Yes the kitchenette is small. But who’s cooking? Close to the ferry over to Bar Harbor. A couple of really nice places to eat, get provisions and relax. Go to here.

Lovely spotless comfortable accommodations in Winter Harbor on Schoodic Peninsula. Minutes from mainland portion of Acadia. Mt Desert section about 1 1/2 hrs away. Spent time at both sections of park. Both beautiful but. My Desert very crowded. Schoodic section lovely and not crowded. So happy we stayed in Winter Harbor vs Bar Harbor.

This was such a lovely home, very close to Schoodic and Winter Harbor. The bathroom was luxurious and the beds were very comfortable. The decor was a delight! Jill was a wonderful, a very responsive host.
