This studio is tucked behind a Liberty Street row house in the Historic District. Gorgeous granite counter tops in the kitchenette, bar table, queen bed and easy chairs plus large flat screen tv will make you feel at home in this romantic retreat. Bathroom has walk in shower.

A 'carriage house' is a behind a main house, which is a common setup in Savannah. The private entrance for this unit is in the Lane (alley) that is technically Perry Lane and there are stairs to the main living space. This is above a garage. The balcony overlooks a shared patio. There is no shared interior space in terms of bedroom/bathroom that is all private for you during your stay.

You have a private stairwell leading to your private interior studio. The studio has a mini kitchen, private bathroom with real door, Queen bed and sitting area. The garage below is shared with the owner but when she is out of town you would be permitted to put your car in her spot so just ask! The laundry machines in the garage are for guests to use any time.

The living environment was very clean, compact & functional. The convenience to all the venues we needed to attend was perfect. Exploring was fun. Shops, restaurants & historic architecture was wonderful. The room is so compact yet comfortable. Bathroom could use a vanity that has some flat space & some more rods & hooks for towels, robes & clothing.

Cozy and clean, had everything I needed. Lots of natural light, and a little balcony to sit in the sun and relax. Very walkable to local shops and restaurants, and even the riverfront if you are a moderately active person. The stairway going up is a bit long, but not steep and is carpeted.

We loved that the apartment had a digital board for all things about our stay, things to do and places around us - that was really cool I’ve never seen that before it was very handy. The place is also is a perfect location in downtown savannah, very close to everything we wanted to do. SUPER easy electronic access too.

The place is very quaint and comfortable for two people. It was in a great location that made for easy walking to either the river walk or Forsyth square. There were lots of nice shops and cafes nearby also. Loved our stay.

Great place. Pics accurate… chairs were lay-z-boys that swiveled toward the tv. Good for a nap and watching the Olympics! Plenty of room, very comfy bed, used our own pillows though. Walked to these spots: The Public Restaurant & Bar, Espresso Gallery; Walgreens; Broughton Street Liquor; Vic’s on the River; Pinky Masters; Taylor Park Hitch; Belen De La Cruz … all amazing. PS: Free laundry!! (In the garage, bring some pods) Hope to come back soon.

The apartment was clean and only a pleasant walk from all the waterfront attractions. The garage (which happened to be available), was also a plus. We hope to visit again when we can spend more time.

Everything was as described. Location was wonderful! Less than a 15 minute walk to pretty much everything! Beautiful, historic and delightful! Parked in garage and didn’t have to drive the entire time we were there.

As advertised and we walked to everything. Garage was nice to have with limited parking. Would've been nice to have ice trays for the freezer.

I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the clear information from the first email to checkout procedures. Nothing fancy here but affordable and easy to get to the historic district and great restaurants. I was worried about parking but it ended up being super easy. Thanks!!

Parking with a small SUV or smaller is very much worth it and is located in a great spot to walk or get an Uber. Was just a tad smaller than i expected but overall great stay and very responsive host

Loved our stay for the St Patrick's Day Events. Spent four nights and found the apartment to be very comfortable and in a great spot. Easy walking to everything we needed to see. Nice little balcony to sit and enjoy the sun. We got stuck inside because of a rain storm for part of the day and enjoyed the comfy chairs with our books.

Overall, the location in relation to the downtown area was perfect. We were a bit disappointed with the interior presentation of the apartment- broken blinds, soap left in shower from previous tenant, and scuff marks on walls. When we arrived the AC/Heating until was off, which made for a cold welcome in December.
