Stayed Mar 25, 2026Horrible experience! I reserved and paid for this property six months prior to arrival. The host accepted my rental request and payment. I received notifications from Vrbo letting me know that my rental is coming up. I received no communications from the host and when I showed up at the security gate, the security guard reached out to the host and he claimed that he had not accepted the VRBO reservation and I then found out that he had rented out all three of his properties in the development to a larger group leaving my group with nothing at all. The weekend we were staying at this property is very popular and everything else in town was sold out. It was a very stressful situation! Just be very careful and make sure that your listing is confirmed with the host before doing anything with this particular property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the house. We had plenty of bedrooms and space for our family. It was close to the beach. The pool area was the kids favorite part. The owner was courteous and accommodating.
