Purbeck - King or Twin Room - Ensuite with bath

The location was great overlooking the beach and the sea. The facilities were good and the staff were very friendly. The relaxed vibe of the hotel was nice.

Staff were lovely and accommodating

The bedroom is a good size and the decor is nice. The bathroom is in need of updating, but a positive was that the hot water got hot very quickly, and the water pressure was great. The kitchen fan is quite noisy and goes on until late, so be mindful of this. Particularly if you are staying between Thursday-Sunday, as that is when the restaurant is open. I found the pillows really uncomfortable as they were very soft. I did contact the number stated on vrbo to resolve this, but I didn't get a response.

Room was clean, fresh and ideal for our requirements. The restaurant food was very good and the staff were excellent. However please be aware that the bathroom sink tap water is far to hot and could scald a child's hands if not careful. I did mention this to the receptionist who said she would pass this comment on.

A lovely setting and excellent service from all the staff. A very comfortable bed in clean room. The breakfast bacon and eggs were over cooked and hard.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was excellent.

We liked the evening entertainment, in particular David the restaurant Manager was really friendly and helpful which made for a most happy stay. Nothing was too much trouble for David and his staff. We will be keen to come back, hoping to celebrate my Sisters' Birthday in February.

Quiet and comfortable, with good service and good food. I have marked the facilities down as the bath drain plug did not fit the bath, which rendered the bath useless.

I loved the style and cleanliness of the room. All the staff were genuinely interested in us, both restaurant and room staff. Please ensure the house keeping have a decent coffee supply and the toiletries you stated were in the room as we had only two pods and one tiny soap. I had to buy shampoo and coffee!!!!

We loved enjoying the sun on the outdoor terrace and the sea view from the marquee when having dinner. Dinner and breakfast were of excellent quality. The room was comfortable and clean.

All round ambience good. Would definitely recommend.
