Private Luxury Studio with Parking and Laundry.

Wonderful place! Very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable and appreciate It had everything you could need with lots of kitchen equipment and full size fridge. We didn’t cook there, but the coffee maker and microwave worked great! Having a parking space was a big plus! Very centrally located near great restaurants, the beach and Santa Monica pier. The host Sandra was amazing, very communicative, responsive and accommodated last minute change with grace and made our trip easy! Will definitley request her place again when in the area!

Conveniently located close to UCLA and LA Marathon.

We visited friends who live in Culver City so the location was perfect. A great and spacious studio with all the amenities you could need. Wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

I absolutely loved this property! The host is wonderful and was fun to talk to. Pros: the home was incredibly clean! Hardwood throughout except tile in the bath so you don’t have to worry about dirt. I spilled water on the floor one night and cleaned it with a paper towel, zero dirt on the towel!The gas fireplace is so nice! It was cold outside and I sat by the fire and read. So relaxing. The mattress is incredible! I slept like a baby and there are both stiff and soft pillows. I was in heaven. The water pressure in the bathroom is great. Nothing better than a strong shower. Included was body wash and shampoo and conditioner. I can’t tell you how many rentals I have stayed in that barely had toilet paper. Location is central to everything. It was very quiet. I could not hear anything outside. Great area to walk also. Fully stocked kitchen, every thing you could possibly need. The washer and dryer had soap pods and dryer sheets. Wow. I had to do a couple of loads of wash and having soap there was a wonderful surprise. Cons: with the rental there were zero cons. But it did rain quite a bit during my stay. I wish Sandra had made arrangements for more sun. In summary, I will not stay anywhere else moving forward when I visit LA. Everything was 100% spot on.

This was a very nice place to spend our weekend. Easy to locate, nice neighborhood with a park across the street. Our hostess was very nice and very quick to respond to our communications. The apartment was roomy, with a comfortable bed, and provided everything needed to feel at home! We would definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

We loved everything about this property! A parking spot right by our door, easy and secure access, and absolutely everything we needed in the studio . The studio is super clean, bright with many windows, and has a comfy bed. Little touches like chocolates, excellent teas, coffee went well with the beautiful decor. Outstanding communication with our hostess. Looking forward to staying again!

This studio apartment was perfect. The location was ideal for our needs and close to everything. The host is very responsive and answers quickly. It is on a slightly busy road but the noise isn’t bad unless sitting on the patio. The neighborhood is very nice. We will definitely rebook the next time we are in LA.I would recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Had a lovely stay in Santa Monica. Location worked well for us. Close enough to get over to the beach and close to hit the highways and visit other areas. Nice and close to Ralphs so can get groceries. Communication with the property manager was great. She was most helpful offering suggestions. Also had a chance to meet her at the start of our trip. The warm greeting was lovely. Bed was very comfortable. My daughter said the air mattress was good too. Thank you!

We stayed for a week visiting family. Sandra's apartment was just perfect -- well equipped, nicely designed and private. And having a parking space right by the entrance was super convenient. We'll certainly stay there again.

Very clean...easy to find...great location for UCLA visit. Lots of places around to eat...neighborhood has changed since I was an undergrad 40+years ago...a lot of energy and young people flowing through...that was
