Private Indoor Pool, Theater, fire pits, outdoor kitchen on Princeton estate

Love the place! The pool and hot tub were very nice! The host was very nice! The farm visit was very nice! I highly recommend this place for your next trip! Princeton was lovely as well!

The Host Geoff is amazing! Very tentative! Polite! We had a chance to meet the family dog and his beautiful daughter our co-host who did a lovely job showing us around the property! Highly recommend! My daughter was very Satisfied she lived in the pool area!

Geoff was very friendly and his property was beautiful. Multiple fire pits, fountain with fish, bird feeders. We weren’t able to visit the farm next door but would love to visit again and do so. The pool and spa was great, there’s a tv in the room and Bluetooth speakers. There’s also a theater room with plenty of smart tv apps and apple games.

Geoff our host welcomed our return stay and our visit was amazing ! We enjoyed swimming till we were both exhausted.  The gorgeous pool room had an additional beautiful painting since we were there last . The projector in the theater was upgraded and was visually pleasing to watch. The Koi fountains are filled with an abundance of Koi and plants . We enjoyed walking along the property. We would definitely  return if available!

Geoff was an amazing host. Full property tour upon check in, constantly offering to help, top-notch communication. He even took the time to take to the farm next door and let the kids feed the animals. We were absolutely never bored. Pool, movies, s’mores in the fire pit, we created awesome memories. Would highly recommend.

Geoff is very friendly & accommodating. The gardens are beautiful & private. The pool clean & clear was awesome very enjoyable. Movie theater was lots of fun! It was close to the areas we wanted to visit & stores & restaurants were very close & easy to find.

The house with the painting above the pool stood out not only for its unique decor but also for the diverse range of activities it offered. Guests could swim or relax by the pool, where the large, eye-catching painting created an artistic and serene backdrop. Indoors, the space included areas for socializing, like a lounge or game room, and possibly entertainment features such as a home theater or music system. Some versions of this type of house may have also included areas for fitness, dining, or creative pursuits, offering something for everyone.

This property was just what I was looking for to relax and get away with my family. The owner/host was super helpful and he was very knowledgable by sharing unique activities for us to do in the area. I would stay again, for sure.

This was a perfect weekend getaway for my Daughter's 25th birthday. Geoff was an excellent host! Would definitely recommend

When we arrived, Geoff greeted us and gave us a tour of his lovely property. The guest room has a large picture window with a bird feeder in front of it. It did not take long for the birds to arrive. There are Cardinals, Blue Jays, and woodpeckers, among other species. There are also bunnies and chipmunks all around the property! The guest house has everything you need, including a Nespresso machine, a microwave, and a fridge. When it is time to turn in for the evening, a comfortable bed and pillows await. You can set the temperature controls to your liking. Now, for the star of the show: the pool room. No pictures do it justice compared to seeing it in person! The chandelier with the Venetian style art is extraordinary. The pool is very large; you can watch TV, lounge, listen to music, and swim. The pool is well-kept, clean, and does not reek like chlorine. The comfortable theatre room offers a great way to end your day. There's a huge grill and a bread warmer, and the outdoor fridge perfectly chilled our wine and beers! We dined alfresco underneath a beautifully lit-up wrought iron chandelier gazebo. And don't worry; there is not a mosquito in sight! Over by the grill is a lovely outdoor fireplace where we sat, sipped our wine, and listened to music. Nearby, there are many small boutiques and restaurants, some with outdoor seating. There are plenty of pet-friendly shops among them. Plus, Geoff has an excellent guidebook to local sights and restaurants.

Well every one i want say that staying at this location was the best experience, The owner of the house was very helpful with any questions we had , gave us a small tour once we arrived gave us every detail we needed to be comfortable, was very attentive in any thing we needed , My kids and spouse had the best experience on this house with the pool the yard ,theater, every thing was very clean and well organized, we loved cooking out side has every thing that is required on the kitchen also gave us every thing that we needed and was very polite , we meet his daughter and spouse they are very nice , thank you for every thing we enjoyed it allot, will definitely go again

Geoff is the most gracious hosts I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He responded very quickly to our every concern, and even took our family to visit a neighboring farm. The property is absolutely beautiful, and we had access to most outside areas. The outside kitchen has a huge gas grill and a small oven which was more than sufficient for our stay. The pool is quite large, and the kids had lots of fun splashing around. A couple of things to be aware of. Geoff's family lives in the main house to which you will not have access. You are renting only two small-ish rooms (one in the basement next to the home theater, and another in a separate guest house) with a single shower/bathroom. There is only one large bed in each of those 2 rooms, but they do have 2 extra inflatable mattresses that we set up in the theater. If you have a large family, you may need to double up. The only places to cook something was a small microwave and the aforementioned outside kitchen, which can be a pain during bad weather. Overall, the kids had a lot of fun.

Our stay was amazing. We fully used the pool and theater. The outdoor kitchen and gazebo were fantastic to serve all our needs. And Geoff was super helpfull. We had a great time!

We chose this location so family members could come and visit and use the pool with us. Geoff was amazing! Very responsive to any questions or needs. The pool was phenomenal. The outdoor area was the perfect spot to eat and visit with our guests. The movie room was the perfect spot to cool off and watch movies at the end of the day. My kids loved going out to the 2 fountains to look at the fish and look for frogs. Geoff and his daughter (she was so sweet and funny!)took us to the farm next door twice to see the goats, pony and alpaca's. That was so much fun as we got to go right in there with the animals. They were all so inquisitive and friendly. We are a family of 5 and 1 dog. There were enough beds and enough space. I would recommend this property and hopefully we will find an opportunity to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The owners we kind, helpful and we had a lovely weekend on the property. If we're back in the area we will certainly be back!

My fiance and I had great mini-vacation in this beautiful home. The Guest House was really cute, and the king size bed was super comfy! We were quite impressed with the pool/hot tub area. It looks like something you'd see in a movie! We also enjoyed our strolls through the lovely yard. It was quiet and tranquil.
