Private Carriage House in Diverse & Historic East Nashville- Minutes to Downtown

This is one of my fav stays over the last year. Affordable, clean , great customer service. The area was nice and quiet and there were dining and shopping options near by .

The property was in a great location and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again :)

Jason did a great job of creating a space that is very welcoming. From the snacks, coffee, live plants, towels rolled up on the bed and toiletries. We didn’t use any of those things besides the towels. Lol. But it was nice to have them if needed. We will stay there again for our next visit.

Exceptional property. From the delightful decor to the comfortable furnishings, Jason has left no stone unturned in outfitting this accommodation. The little extras like the basket of snacks on the counter, the drinks and filtered water in the frig, and nice selection of teas made our stay extra special. I highly recommend.

Jason's place is wonderful. It is exactly as pictured only better. The little extras like snacks, coffee, and toiletry products were a really nice touch. The location is a short walk to downtown with many bars and restaurants nearby. The space is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. I would love to stay here again if I am back in Nashville.

The Carriage House is stylish, comfortable, clean, and well located. It was a great place to stay for a night out in East Nashville. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood felt very safe when we walked to dinner nearby. Jason was a fantastic host, adding some very nice personal touches. We absolutely loved our stay, it exceeded all expectations and made our trip to Nashville even more special. It was the perfect sized property for two people. Very well equipped - everything had been thought about. The location was great for us - easy access to the buzz of the city but a very peaceful neighbourhood to stay in. We really enjoyed walking to Urban Cowboy for cocktails. Parking & laundry were both excellent. Jason was a very responsive host and sorted any little issues. A perfect stay!

My dearest gal pal and I stayed at this VRBO for two nights as a part of our stay in Nashville for a concert- it treated us incredibly well! At first we were confused as to where the location of the unit was, but we coincidentally bumped into the owner and their friend who were incredibly kind to us as we located it! BEAUTIFUL interior design, with such a comfortable atmosphere! The hospitality was top notch, from the selection of snacks and K-cups to the customized welcome on the Wifi board. Conveniently located to where we felt the city wasn’t too far away, and yet we felt secluded in the best and safest way possible. Quiet neighborhood. We sincerely loved our stay and did talk about coming back again!

Jason provided very clear check in and check out instructions and even provided complimentary snacks and beverages. The space was clean and very cute and comfy. Would definitely stay again!

Place is very nice and well appointed. Super convenient location to get anywhere in the city. Owner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. May not be your best option if you are planning to cook meals.

One of the best bandb’s we have stayed at! This wonderfully decorated carriage house is located in a lovely, safe neighborhood with excellent walk ability to great restaurants and bars. We highly recommend this place…but kind of want to keep it a secret;-)

Exactly as described. As other reviews have shared, absolutely everything was thought of to ensure guests have a great stay. It's located in an quaint area that is great to walk to local eateries. The place is also a quick uber ride to Broadway. Onlubedowntowndolladay.

This property is in East Nashville. There is everything you need close by—Restaurants, markets, fuel and easy access to down town and roads to sites outside the city. It is walkable once there too. This is a relatively new ADU over a garage and is well appointed. It even has Laundry available down stairs. We would definitely stay here again.

As soon as walking into the place we were blown away of how homely it was. We felt comfortable and though some construction was behind us it didn't bother our sleep or peace. The location was perfect and found a lot of new spots that we will revisit our next trip.Can we live here?! Lol

We loved this comfy carriage house! Had we not had so much to do I could have spent all day hanging out in this lovely space. It has all the amenities you need along with extra snacks! Loved the easy access in and out of our own parking space and the location was perfect!

The neighborhood itself charming and safe. Additionally, the house is conveniently located in the city--close to Broadway and many other local attractions.Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the owners were great, as well. Jason provided all kinds of helpful information about things to do in Nashville and communicated promptly through the VRBO site. My partner and I had the best time and would totally stay here again!!!!

We were in Nashville for hockey and stayed an extra night after the tournament ended to enjoy a little bit of Nashville.The Private Carriage House is a hidden gem. The loft met all our needs for our short stay. Jason, our host was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in a few hours early, THANK YOU! Great space for a weekend getaway. So close to downtown. We loved the snacks that were provided and the toiletries; eye patches were unexpected but greatly appreciated. Also great to be able to do laundry. Check-in and check out were simple. Would definitely return for a visit.

My husband and I were looking for an overnight, not too far away. This was the perfect place to experience everything East Nashville has to offer! It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything! The carriage house was beautifully appointed and I slept Sooo well in the bed! Will be back!

The carriage house was a very short drive to downtown in a quiet residential area. It was very private and very clean. Great spot for couples! If you're coming to Nashville to party, I'd recommend looking somewhere else as its located amongst a neighborhood of quiet house.

There is no stove, so as long as you don’t plan to cook this place met all our needs.

My husband & I felt right at home in this cute VRBO! It was very easy to find, get inside, and get cozy. The hosts supplied us with literally everything we needed during our stay. It was a short Uber drive to downtown Nashville. Super quiet neighborhood & the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in my entire life! Would recommend to anyone who can appreciate a well kept place to rent.

First of all, let us say that the attention to detail was superior to any short term rental we’ve stayed in. We arrived to find a festive look throughout the carriage house - a lovely Christmas tree and adorable holiday touches everywhere. An absolutely delightful surprise! In addition, the kitchen was fully stocked and charming. The bed was so comfy and the shower was spacious. But back to the details…extra toothpaste and mouthwash, makeup remover and makeup mirror, a super easy coffee maker with numerous pods, a basket of snacks and soft drinks and bottled water in the fridge. Truly, everything we could possibly need was provided for. We will absolutely be back!

Sometimes when you book a rental, it’s just a landing spot to sleep. We found ourselves wanting to spend time in this cozy, beautifully decorated, and comfortable space. We easily walked in various directions to nearby local bars, coffee shops, parks, restaurants, etc. If you are looking for a great rental in a beautiful, diverse, creative, safe neighborhood, this place is for you. The carriage house was everything promised. Very nice property in a good neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and a grocery store was very near, so I could pick up a few things and make breakfast daily. We enjoy lingering over breakfast and coffee so that was perfect.

This property was perfect! It was 2.5 miles away from the main strip downtown and in a cute neighborhood. The owners had a lot of extras like treats, eye masks, umbrellas, feminine products. They thought of everything. We throughly enjoyed our stay in the carriage house, would highly recommend!
