This is such a wonderful property. Layout of the rooms was perfect for our group. Communication with owner was great! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay for our family vacation. We could all have a little privacy when needed but plenty of space to congregate together. Great location. Property manager very quick to respond with answers to any questions.

Overall Pelican Heights was a decent place to stay. It is in a convenient location had ample parking and the pool was nice. I would inform other potential renters that there is NO air conditioning in the kitchen or main living area with one small fan. There are two small couches in different rooms. This made it uncomfortable to hang out with family and friends from 10am until 7 pm. We adjusted and went to eat out for most meals. The property is dated but clean. There are 7 different bedrooms each with their own entry and locking door and each bedroom had AC - so we spent time in our rooms. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with for several small issues and information.

Everything was great about this property. Speedy response to booking, all inquiries. This was just the space we needed to keep all of our family members together while here on island. The property was nice and clean and the layout is very unique. The pics do no justice. You must see it and experience it to believe it. Will book again.

Property is well laid out and pool is amazing. I brought in my 50th with 8 friends and we enjoyed every minute. Great kitchen and everything is provided. We were welcomed with a personal sign and Hubert was accommodating for early arrival and later departure. I really can't begin to capture how pleased we where with our stay. Centrally located...great morning walks. Just fabulous for couples and large groups. Thank you for being such great hosts and until next time!

Pelican Heights is a great big complex with various rooms that can accommodate many people. Pool was very refreshing at the end of the day! Location is in the middle so going from one area to the next is alway 20-40 minutes depending on where you are going. A car is a must have in this island!

There is abundant room here for 12+ people depending on couples configuration. Two large rooms on the main floor with two separate units below each sleeping two people and then 3 more individualized spaces spread amongst two detached cottages. Pool was nice. The view from the deck is beautiful!! Hubert was an excellent communicator and answered all questions. I highly recommend for a large group.

I’ve stayed at several villas but this one topped them all! This villa had everything we needed. It’s location, 24 hour security, a great property manager (locally owned and managed), various fruit trees, clean pool, patio with chairs and tables, spacious rooms and grounds-We had it all. One of my guest forgot a personal item in the room and the property manager was kind enough to see that I was able to get it back quickly. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!
