3rd floor with 2 balconies and private use of secluded terrace roof with infinity pool and panoramic view. Fully equipped kitchen and small dining table, 58 TV with Netflix, WiFi. A sofa bed, along with a queen size bed and a work desk. A spacious bathroom with 2 wash basins, bidet, tub and two showers together with a sliding door balcony.

The whole 3rd floor of the house with the studio apartment. The 4th roof floor has your own infinity pool and terrace including BBQ kitchen area for your use only.

A second bedroom with on-suite bathroom and backside balcony will be made available if there are more than 2 guests on the second floor.

A Laundry room is available on the 1st floor on request.

If there are no guests before you or after, the check-in and check out window is flexible during the whole day.

    Very close to Mullet Bay. Also close to a bakery/coffee shop and a grocery store. Very safe area. Very private. Not good parking if you rent a large vehicle. Small sedan or 2-door is good though. Overall a nice place.
