Old Town Bluffton Charm-Beautiful Villa on Promenade, Walk to River, Restaurants, Shops & Galleries

Great location, beautiful villa. Fun to sit out on the balcony and people watch.

We enjoyed our girls weekend at this lovey property conveniently situated right in the heart of old bluffton. The elevator was a lifesaver to haul heavy bags and luggage up and down the three flights of stairs. The kitchen was well appointed and we loved hanging in the sun on the various decks. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby and we took full advantage! The two bedrooms with en suite baths were comfortable and well appointed. The mattress on the trundle bed was horribly uncomfortable… felt like laying on a rack of springs. Would definitely recommend replacing. The pocket door between the second floor bedroom and bathroom needs some attention. It sits securely in the track at the top of the frame but just hangs loosely on the bottom, making it very difficult to slide open and closed. It’s clear others have struggled with this as well. The live music next door was enjoyable during day hours and, as promised, closed down promptly at 10 pm. However other noises (from the street, adjacent apartments, etc) were evident all throughout the night. Best we could deduce is that the walls are thin and lack proper sound insulation. Street parking was a challenge but one we were prepared to deal with.Overall it was a lovely weekend and we made great memories in Bluffton!

Amazing location. Lots of space and comfortable. Walk to everything. Located right above the Calhoun Street Tavern. We found the live entertainment fun and it ended 9PM, so noise wasn’t an issue for us, because we have adult children. Communication excellent. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Enjoyed the condo. It was a fun spot, very walkable and tons of restaurants. We will be back!

Great location with restaurants next door

This was our second trip to Bluffton and our second stay at this great villa on the Promenade. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Location is about 20 minutes to any of the beaches on Hilton Head Island. The place is VERY spacious and for the most part quiet. The outdoor seating options are wonderful and our family enjoyed the cooler evenings with dinner together. My only suggestions would be to add some USB/alternative charging ports for the bedrooms. A Keurig coffee maker would be a great addition as well. Overall, this place is a cannot miss - love to visit again sometime in the future!

This is one of my all time most favorite places my husband and I have rented. Just fabulous. The inside feels upscale, comfortable, clean and taken care of. We loved having the balconies to overlook the happenings! I was worried about being on a street, but it’s more like a small town, and the street isn’t used for a through-way for main traffic. Noise was never a problem for us & I am sensitive to such things. The master bedroom looks out to a natural area so it feels so tucked away in such a central location. The bed was very comfortable.We have family that lives in Bluffton and will highly recommend anyone visiting them about this place. We hope to stay there again in the future.An absolute jem. We loved it.

The property was spotless, cozy and fresh. So fun to stay in the heart of this little town. People are friendly and inviting.

Overall our stay was pleasant. It was clean and had everything we needed. The variety of restaurants, shops, and coffee shops was great. There were just a couple things that were not ideal. The live music on Friday and Saturday night was extremely loud. We enjoyed it for a bit, but then it increased in volume about the time we were ready to sleep. I recommend bringing earplugs. The other issue was that the cleaner(s) next door vacuumed at 9:30pm one night and it was really loud when I was trying to sleep. (We are early to bed and early risers.)

We had an amazing time exploring Old Town Bluffton from this beautiful, .well appointed, and comfortable villa. There is so much to enjoy in very easy walking distance. We definitely want to come back!!!!

This is a really fun location right in the heart of Bluffton. Walk to the river, or a coffee shop or a nice restaurant or bar. Perfect spot.

This is a beautiful condo in Old Town Bluffton, close to shops and restaurants. It was clean and exactly as described. We really loved the porches. It’s a short drive to the beaches on Hilton Head Island. We’ll definitely go back to Bluffton in the future.

Everything was great about this stay. The villa was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is in the heart of Bluffton just steps away from all Bluffton has to offer. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in Old Town Bluffton. This property was ver clean, had everything we needed, very responsive, and convenient location. We actually enjoyed the music coming from the bar downstairs, but we knew that was the case and they were down by 10pm. Parking was sometimes harder to find, but again we knew this when we booked this property. I would do it again, especially since we were all adults.

We had such a comfortable stay at this beautiful unit. The condo had everything we could possibly need. The location was hard to beat being so close to shopping, dining, bars, & the river. We can't wait to return some day!
