    First of all the pictures do not do justice to this place. It is pretty new construction with upgraded fixtures. The location is a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and convenience stores and coffee shops within walking distance. Just minutes from downtown but yet far enough away. The person who manages the property is very responsive… within minutes. The owner lives on site but you wouldn’t know it unless you need help. I would love to rent this again.
