Stayed Mar 27, 2024My 7 year old and I had a great time. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and close to the lagoon and pool. My only suggestion would be to add some hooks for jackets and beach towels for extra storage. We had a great time and would stay again.

Stayed Mar 14, 2024Next time we will make sure NOT to find a place hosted by Red Rock Rentals! -After we paid a no refund stay, red rock sent us a CONTRACT stipulating outrageous charges if the smallest of things were to happen. They sent annoying daily reminders to sign it, letting us know we wouldn’t be allowed the access code if we failed to sign it. So if you don’t agree with the contract, you are screwed if you paid for the nonrefundable stay. -PARKING is a joke as other renters and owners of the place surrounding it don’t park in actual parking stalls, and block off other parking. It talked about having parking stalls next to the casita but they were constantly blocked off. I contacted red rock about all the obscure parking asking if it was somehow enforced. They were not helpful and I felt like requiring such an outrageous contract demanding things on my end I got very little from them when having a problem. -It is surrounded by CONSTRUCTION and constantly had garbage blown all around it and littered there. -There was also an incredible amount of SAND blown around from construction too. Walking to the hot tub I got something blown into my eye and ended up in instacare… -It was not peaceful in the slightest because of the NOISE from workers and machinery. They failed to mention it was located among the all the new construction and warning of the noise. -It was decorated extremely cute and the inside was clean but the SHEETS were old and itchy and the MATTRESS was awful.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024Pros: cute, small, stylish apartment. Cons: competitive parking, had to park down and around the corner each night, no place to put clothes, no dresser or closet or iron (not good for wedding clothes), construction was noisy all day. No restaurants nearby.

Stayed Jul 24, 2023This is a great little casita and was perfect for my stay in St George. Very clean and had all the necessities needed. The only thing I was worried about was if there was a coffee maker available as the photos and listing didn’t show this. Small detail, but gotta have the morning cup of joe! The casita DID have a Keurig, so that was great! Very easy to get access to the unit and communication was great. Great area for walking and the lagoon was perfect to cool off in! Highly recommend and would stay here again!
