New Hyde Park Charmer Among the Trees

Every thing needed was available. As seniors, we have one recommendation regarding the bathroom. It would be helpful to have either a mat or something in the tub to avoid the potential for slipping while taking a shower, since ther are no bars, etc to hold onto. We very much appreciated Sara's attention to the garbage disposal issue which was attended to quickly. Our stay was very satisfactory and we would highly recommend this property.

Such a Wonderful rental! I initially booked as there were so many 5 star reviews. I can see why & shall now add my own! From my first enquiry, booking, check-in through check-out, Sara was very responsive answering any questions I had. Check-in was smooth, the unit did not disappoint, exactly as the photos show, open the door to a clean nicely decorated & comfortable space. The kitchen was set up well, with everything needed, same with bedroom, bathroom, laundry & living spaces. So much attention to detail.I highly recommend both the Unit & Sara as the host. We will not hesitate to book again!

I stayed here when my daughter and her husband who lived in a small apartment nearby had their first baby. It was perfect! The owners were very responsive when I had questions or needs. When there was a sudden storm that knocked out the power for a lengthy period of time they were their with flashlights! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We were in town for our daughers graduation and the location was great. Near the campus and near the apartment my daugher rents. Well kept with nice amenities

I spent a week in Austin and was fortunate enough to rent the perfect garage apartment in the perfect location. Hyde Park. It is so lovely and close to everything I needed. Lots of great restaurants. Sparkling clean. Charming. I hope to stay there again.

This was our second time staying at the property. Great location - easy to get to campus and around Austin. The space is perfect, clean and well equipped.

We came in for UT Family weekend and this place was perfect. The host added some very thoughtful amenities from makeup remover packets (I forgot mine) to small snacks that helped us kick the hangry moments in between running around town. We are coffee people and I have to share that the espresso and small coffee pot was a delightful addition to our stay! This may have to become our home away from home for visiting our kids.

This is my third time staying in this cozy garage apartment! Excellent in so many ways: clean, reliable WiFi, quiet, great location, responsive hosts, as always a pleasant experience! I will return on my next visit to Austin. Margaret
