NEW Bayfront Bungalow Getaway! Steps from the beach + Free Parking

We had a rough start upon checking in. The battery to the door was dead so wouldn't allow us to access the unit. The host was immediately reachable and came out to the house within the hour to change the batteries and open the door. After travel that was a bit frustrating so just a friendly note to the host to check that before arrival day. There was a mention of some compensation but that didn't happen. The overall stay was nice. The place is very clean but small. Comfortable bed, nice pillows. Bathroom was good and nice shower pressure. Bring your own wash clothes. Good for 2 people max. Great location and very walkable. The host was very responsive and overall accommodating.

Convenient location. Clean. Small. Good for sleeping and watching TV before bedtime. Might consider a small table for coffee in the morning or a table outside. Excellent communication with owner. A bit of a chore finding parking in the streets. But that was expected.

We had a great stay here. It was a prime location for easy access to the beach and bay. It’s a small spot and we really only used it for sleeping and spent most of the day out- if that’s what you’re looking for it is perfect. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. If you are comfortable backing into the garage, parking isn’t too bad. We fit our RAV4 pretty easily.

Everything was perfect with the apartment, except for the garage parking. When they say you need a compact car to get in the garage, believe them. :-)

Very clean, excellent location, just smaller than expected.

Coffee shop and small market are just around the corner. Beach/ocean are close by. Bay and marina are just a few steps away. Nice quiet place to stay.

Great locale, comfortable accommodations, great beach access. Parking can be challenging at times, but not an issue. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay!

This vrbo was the perfect location for us. We were able to walk to Mission beach and several amazing restaurants. We rented bikes and rode over to Ocean beach as well. We took the train to Old Town and to get massages. We didn’t have access to the patio so we couldn’t see the beach from the vrbo, but we really just used it to sleep and spent the rest of the time exploring. The bed was comfortable & the air conditioning worked well. The water pressure was great in the shower. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Great place right in the center of everything, walking distance to all the beach food and bars you want to do.

Thrilled to have found this cozy little place so close to the water and all our favorite places. Bed was comfortable and place was clean. Management was very helpful and responsive- helped us with early access which we appreciated! Definite warning about the size of garage.. we didn’t even try but found street parking out on Mission as they recommended! We will definitely return here!

My wife and I had a great time on our trip. The bungalow was on the smaller side but had everything we needed for our trip. Location was great, 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 second walk to the bay. You can take your chairs to the bay at night and see the fireworks from seaworld. Many close restaurants and coffee shops. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This was a clean, comfortable bottom floor apartment in a great location between the Harbor and beach. The unit was smaller than we expected, but big enough too sleep in. Manager was quick to respond to messages. We will opt for a larger upper floor unit in the future.

We had a great stay here. Very central to the bay and the ocean. A short walk to restaurants and night life at Pacific Beach. Very nice to have a parking spot in this area. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great place. Wonderful stay. Close to everything within walking distance. Just a note the dedicated parking is perfect but is a tight spot. I drive a Honda CRV and it took a few stabs and a dedicated guider to get into the garage. Definitely wouldn’t fit anything larger. The posting did note the parking spot leaning towards the compact size and it is definitely accurate
