Nice place great location will stay again

The kitchen was smaller than we expected, and the lights in the bedroom closest to the kitchen were not working.

The Beds are awful when I go on vacation I want to sleep well! Should have had blackout curtain in bedroom! Furniture was old and not comfortable! Very hot shower that was nice! Close to Duval and that was nice! Place was plenty cool!

Pretty basic but most everything you need for a short time stay.

Pros: we loved the location!!! It was a convenient walk to everything!!! The grounds crew were great! Pool was cleaned every day. Blew the leaves etc The pool areas is very nice and we utilized it a lot. Cons: The floors/rugs were disgustingly dirty. The furniture was ripped and stained the towels are grey and dingy. Dishwasher was broke you can hear your neighbors next door and the people below us could hear us walking/talking etc.

The location was great, but the property was in poor condition. The furniture was stained with tears in the fabric...it looked like the chairs were pulled out of the dumpster. The appliances were old and dated...the host wants you out by 10am and has no accommodations or storage to hold your luggage if you have a later flight...I was not impressed

The communication was excellent and the location is perfect to walk to either side of the island on Duval. Close to amenities and nightlife but far enough away for some quiet time.

The condo was in a great location and was clean, but it lacked amenities. No dish cloths, no stopper for kitchen sink,very dingy and old bath towels, only 3 drinking glasses, only 5 coffee mugs, no mixing bowls, no baking sheets or pizza pan, no dresser in second bedroom, no light switch in master bedroom, no waste basket in master bedroom and chairs in living room are in terrible shape- broken down and dirty.

We had a nice stay overall and the property has a lot of potential. The home was comfortable and the location worked well for our trip. That said, the layout felt a bit quirky and wasn’t quite what we expected from the listing photos.A bigger concern was the condition of some of the furnishings. The home felt a bit worn, and several rugs and pieces of furniture were noticeably dirty and could really use a deep cleaning or replacement.We were also surprised by the security deposit policy. At booking, we were given two options: either pay a 1,500 deposit that is held and can remain tied up for up to 30 days after checkout, or pay a 40 non-refundable fee instead. As vacation rental owners ourselves, this felt a bit extreme compared to what we typically see.Lastly, the check-in/check-out instructions came across as a bit rigid and overly stern in tone. Clear directions are appreciated, but a slightly more welcoming approach would go a long way.Overall, the place was nice, but these items impacted our experience.

Pros / grest location/ clean Cons/ parking is an issue and not explained until after booking. Not enough coffee cups and glasses for 4 guests. Bathrooms not in bedrooms but off living room.

The contract with the rental people outside of VRBO was a little clunky as I did not realize they would apply additional charges outside of the VRBO agreement. They sent the contract with the additional charges for travel insurance and damage fee applied. I had to request that they remove the charges as I was not agreeing to them, instead they applied a 1,000 addition charge to my credit card which will be refunded after my stay. This would be good information to have when booking through VRBO as I had already agreed to rent this property THEN found the additional charges that were being applied outside of the VRBO agreement. The location was really good, everything was very walkable.

Nice place, well appointed and great location. Only real negative was the one full bedroom had no closet or drawer space so we were unable to unpack our suitcase or hang anything up. I wish I had known that but otherwise nice place

Over all a very good stay. The 2 chairs do need updated, one does have a tear on the arm. it is very close to Duval for walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The grocery store on the corner is a plus.

Great location, but the pool area needs some upkeep. The house is old and all the floors are badly sloped. There is zero storage in one of the bedrooms.

Grocery store around the corner, places to eat very close by, AC in the unit kept the place nice and cool!

Great location

Great spot. Everything is in walking distance and the house was clean up to date and amazing.

Walk to everything from this location just off the center of Duvall. Unit was very comfortable and the backyard with heated pool made for relaxing afternoons before heading out for dinner.

Location, Location, Location. While not on Duval Street, the location was very close and convenient to almost everything in Key West. Pool was nice and a great break from sightseeing. Unit was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. For a 4 day stay, storage was just right. Look forward to next stay.

There were 5 of us and it was a super cute house and the perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere!

Great location just off Duval street and close to EVERYTHING. We did a lot of walking. Our van sat in the driveway the whole time. Being off of Duval street was great yet it was right there. And if you don’t mind the roosters (I’m up before they are) you will love this place.

Fantastic location with easy access to all the hotspots for great music. Very quiet neighborhood with comfortable accommodations. Small local grocery store just steps away. Nice pool / outdoor area.

This property has a great location -- walking distance to all Old Town attractions and easy access to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Despite it's proximity to Duval St, it's super quiet. Love the pool area as well. Suggestion to property management company: install a brighter light over the entry door. It's difficult to see the keypad at night.

Great Location, The only negatives in this unit are...The bathrooms are tiny and the walls are pretty thin, but when we had a large noisy group above us the property manager

Reviewer Comments: Never made it there.Purchased travel insurance from Generali Global Assistance which was offered by Nassau Suites.Hurricane Milton hit the day before we were supposed to travel from N.Y. and our flights were cancelled.Once I found out the flights were cancelled I notified Key West Vacation Properties and Realty that we couldn't make it. Generali insurance denied our claim and I contacted Key West Vacation Properties and Realty and they said they couldn't help us. This was supposed to be a retirement present for my lifelong friend now we're out $2,000.

We stayed in Nassau Suite.. facing building upper right front…. So close to everything, no need for transportation. Unit was as advertised, all the needed necessities. Parking space onsite limited but had no issues…. There is also a paid lot close buy if needed. Dryer works best on manual settings. Overall satisfied and enjoyed our stay

This is a super cute condo. It is very small, yet well appointed. We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard area is beautiful and inviting. The pool is lovey, the seating area is large and accommodating, the grill was ready for use and there is a six top table for dining. Parking was a bit tricky, but we made it work. This is a super place in an excellent location. You are within walking distance to all the fun, shopping and food. Also, there is a grocery store 1/2 a block away. This is a great place to stay!

Only drawback for us was that it's a second floor unit and had to drag our luggage up the flight of outdoor steps. We were able to do that, but some guests might not be able to handle the steps. Didn't really care for both bathrooms being off of the living room either.
