We are located in the Wollongong CBD, where you can take a short drive to Wollongong Mall, 700 meter walk to Wollongong station, Wollongong hospital and cafes and dining places in Wollongong.

The house is located about 700 m from the Wollongong Train Station . Both taxis and Uber service the area so getting around is easy if you don`t have a car. It is located in a not so busy neighbourhood .

    Great place to stay in Wollongong. Clean, many extras and equipment to prepare a meal etc. Quiet and close to shops and public transport.

    A great place that was clean & comfortable & close to shops in the area. We found it a great base for our day trips to Jervis Bay & Kiama. The bathroom is bright and clean and new and has a great shower & lovely soaps & extras. The kitchen is functional but missing some supplies like a cutting board and only one sharp knife and one water glass. The bed is very comfortable and the whole place is nicely decorated. We did notice that the dryer doesn’t work well and there was no laundry soap in the jar but these were small things that would have made it even better if they weren’t overlooked. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

    We wanted a base to look around the Illawarra and CBD Studio was all we were looking for. Clean, modern, quiet, off street parking and reasonable value for money. The property manager responded quickly and satisfactorily when contacted. We were comfortable and happy.

    The studio was bright and clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. It was a close to the shops and beaches.

    This was the ABSOLUTE BEST accommodation experience i have ever had, & I am quite well travelled! Apart from the excellent location being central to everything, the whole experience was just 'easy' from booking and check in & throughout my entire stay.. so much so, i re-booked! The space was clean & modern, private & on site parking. I was able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and no taking home dirty washing as there was complete laundry facilities.... AND a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival! The host has thought of 'everything' so just pack your tooth brush & enjoy! Thank you soo much!... I will happily stay again & highly recommend this accommodation to others.

    I stayed at Myrna’s property to be close to the hospital and the 6 minute walk certainly fit the bill! I loved the keyless lock - no key to lose or swipe card to demagnetise - and it was really easy to use. I wish more properties would take advantage of this technology! The property itself was fabulous and had everything I needed - super comfortable bed, washing machine, dryer, comfy lounge, fully equipped kitchen (including an air fryer!!!) and tasteful decorations throughout. Thoughtful provisions of sugar, tea, coffee, toiletries, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were supplied (I didn’t use them but they were there) as well as soaps for the washing machine and dishwasher. I honestly can’t fault anything with this property. With the windows open, you catch the breeze off the sea so you barely need to use the air-conditioning and the window coverings provide a great amount of privacy and block out a good amount of light. I’d happily recommend Myrna’s place to anyone needing accommodation for a night, a few days or longer. It’s plenty of room for 2 people but would get tight if you had a 3rd.

    Great little unit. Very well appointed. Would have used more of the facilities if we’d stayed longer. Super comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend. Walking distance to CBD. Great for a short or long stay.
