This host is like so many Sorrento Hosts who list on many sites, each with higher per night rates. They will not communicate with you until you drag your luggage up the hill and you try calling them and finally send a WhatsApp message saying you are at the door and they send you a cancellation notice saying there was a natural disaster! Fortunately, the man who owned the pasta business next door took us under his wing and found us a low cost option. This is the single largest issue I see with Italy, and I think Sorrento is the worst offender! I will not travel to this part of Italy again due to this jerk and Heather and Erica. They all screwed us!
