Modern cozy carriage house on quiet corner lot -walk/bike to downtown- sleeps 5

Awesome place to stay. Trails nearby. Dining downtown. Shiny new and well appointed. We enjoyed a three night stay.

Our 5-night stay over the Thanksgiving holiday could not have been better. Our host, Jess, was attentive, available, and friendly. The property was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, parking was easy, and Downtown Rogers is just delightful. We’d rebook without hesitation.

We came to Rogers for a wedding and found this great little carriage house. The place was modern with free WiFi and had tons of charm. The hostess had gone the extra mile with all her special touches. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. Some of our favorite things were the phenomenal shower and super comfy bed! We’ve already decided that when we come again we will book this place for sure!

We stayed here for a visit to U if A during a weekend that all hotels were full close by campus. It was a 20-30 min easy drive into campus and so much more comfortable than a hotel room. Jess’s rental was super clean and fresh ok arrival with all the little things we needed to avoid any trip to the store for basics. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Jess’s communication was fantastic and she recommended some great dinner suggestions. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this listing. The property was even better than the pictures and felt like our own little oasis while we visited family over the holidays. We particularly appreciated the high quality linens and bath products, beautiful design aesthetic, and smooth communication with the host. In a time when it’s become harder and harder to find good stays on these types of platforms, this is a real gem full of personal touches and no third party corporate management/rental companies involved. It makes all the difference. We hope to stay again when we next visit.

Booked a stay here before there were any reviews, so i was crossing my fingers a bit because the photos looked amazing. My wife and I were coming to town for a little weekend getaway, and we were blown away by this cozy bungalow. It was everything we were hoping for and more, the owner even did little things to make our stay personal to us. It's clean, it's safe, it's comfortable, it's close to anything you'd want to do in the NWA area. Highly recommend, can't wait to stay again!
