We came to Livingston for a wedding. Since we had never been to Montana, we decided to make a trip out of it and stay a few extra days! I knew the area was gorgeous and didn't want to stay in town (even though it is truly the most charming little town!) The Nest was absolutely perfect for what my family and I were looking for. It's just outside of town with the most beautiful views! The property was perfect for a family or even two couples looking for a great location to stay. Robin was the best host! She was very quick with communication, answering any questions I had about the area and with giving recommendations for things to do in the area. The Nest has everything you need for your stay. Its a great location for visiting Yellowstone as its about a 45 min drive from the north entrance. The property itself is amazing. Very clean, modern, safe, with the most spectacular views! We were able to see lots of wildlife on our trip! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well stocked. It was close to town but felt like you weren’t. We even saw a bald eagle and mule dear all from the porch.

Relaxing and restful! This vacation rental was absolutely one of the best properties we have stayed at. The beds were comfortable, allowing for a restful night and importantly, the kitchen was stocked with all kitchen items necessary to make our own meals or pack a lunch for our trip to nearby Yellowstone National Park. We enjoyed the scenery each morning of the mountains as we sipped on a cup of coffee enjoying the peace and quiet of our location. Our host Robin was delightful and accommodating to every question and request. We look forward to our next trip to Livingston and will arrange our dates based on the availability of this excellent rental property!

The Nest was the perfect end to our trip where we could relax, take in the breathtaking views and unwind from our adventures. Robin was extremely helpful, nice and responsive. We loved making breakfast with the fresh farm eggs she provided upon check-in. Was our favorite property our entire trip! Definitely a must stay and if we are ever back in the area we will be staying again!

Rustic Montana setting but “The Nest” was anything but! Perfect place to stay for a short or long visit. Well decorated and layed out - didn’t feel at all like some VRBOs that are “extra spaces with hand-me-down furniture”. Super comfortable king bed on main floor (I didn’t try the loft bedroom), roomy bathroom, full kitchen and main sitting area. The kitchen had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning (fresh eggs from the hens, too - thanks Robin!) and dinner each night. Grocery stores and restaurants are convenient in Livingston. The unit has a full size washer and dryer, too. Everything I needed! I enjoyed the ability to sit on the deck for morning coffee and evening drinks. If weather doesn’t cooperate, the same views from inside through the huge windows are nice, too! Be mindful of the stairs to get from parking spot to The Nest and to the loft bedroom (if needed). Wasn’t an issue for me, but important to note. Robin & Doug are great hosts and nearby if needed, but it didn’t feel like they were hovering. Looking forward to future visits!

The Nest is cute, modern and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. The hosts were on site and super friendly but not intrusive. We ran in to them several times during our stay and stopped to talk. If we needed something all we had to do was ask. The chickens kept us in eggs thanks to Robin our host. We were there for 4th of July and could see fireworks from the deck. We will definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at The Nest! Robin is a wonderful host and not only supplied us with fresh eggs, she gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink in town. My kiddos had a blast playing with the chickens and giving the horses treats. Robin and Doug did a fantastic job with the space- we had everything we needed and were very comfortable as a family of 5. My husband and I especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching our kids “play” with the chickens. We love Paradise Valley and our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying in this gorgeous apartment. It had everything we needed and the view was excellent! The apartment is stylish and modern - and built and decorated with all the little details in mind. It's just far enough out of town that we felt like we were getting away from it all, but only a ten-minute drive to charming Livingston and all of its boutiques, art galleries, and award-winning restaurants. Robin is the consummate host and answered questions and made us feel at home, but still gave us space to have our own time. We will stay here again!

The views from this home are so panoramic. Once you hit the gravel road you start to feel that old country feeling. The home was modern, incredibly nice detail and comfortable. Enjoyed watching the chickens and horses. Robin was a great host. Would definitely stay again.
