The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location was very central and made easy access to downtown and great restaurants. The freeway was closed by, making for easy travel. Because of the freeway proximity, it was noisy. Although the house was well built, the freeway noise could be heard inside the house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this great rental.

I booked two stays here. Overall quite good and decent value. The only drawbacks are the location is not walkable to anything, and there were an excessive amount of plug-in glade-air fresheners which emit rather unpleasant chemicals to cover up odors. Plates and kitchen utensils were pretty basic (cheap). Host was friendly and responsive. Again, the rental is of good quality overall, clean and well cared for. And the beds were comfortable, too

Host was excellent -- very responsive to questions and the overall experience was fine (hence the four out of five stars). Space was good, clean and pretty much as advertised. Plus the beds were comfy. Minuses were fairly minor: The location is convenient but not really walkable to anything. The bedrooms were slightly dark. The kitchen is functional and fairly well equipped but the plates, dishes, and cups were all very basic / cheap (the host should consider investing in some better sets of utensils and plates for visitors). Upon arrival, we encountered an overwhelming perfume odor from 4 plug-in Glade air fresheners. Like many people, I really dislike chemical air fresheners (and if you read about them, the chemicals they emit to cover up odors are quite unhealthy for your respiratory system). Thankfully, the host honored our request not to plug them in again ahead of a second visit we had booked for the following weekend.

We had an amazing visit in Little Rock. This property was perfect for us. It was close to everything we wanted to see & do. And such a cute, well maintained house! We loved it.

Great spot in downtown Little Rock. Very clean. Check in process was smooth. Gated parking as well, which made us feel very safe. Quiet location was perfect for anything close to downtown. Would definitely recommend to other travelers! Would stay here again!

Also, the outdoors areas were really nice and the whole property felt like a retreat. The location was close to everything downtown, yet it felt so hidden and tucked away. This property is cute and very modern! Theres gated parking to lock up your vehicles(2). The back gate was slightly hard to find but the owner was very nice and helpful with finding it and locating the key. They had everything you need to stay there to cook, clean, just make yourself at home!

The place was clean and the space was perfect for us. The outdoor areas were fun but it was a little cold to be able stay out and fully take it in. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and it was a perfect place to decompress. I would highly recommend it!

I chose this VRBO in Little Rock to be close to Arkansas Children’s Hospital; it’s less than a mile, making it quick and easy to get there. I live in a small community in West Michigan, my biggest concern was if the area was safe. We felt safe during our stay. The iron gate that can be locked, helped eliminate worry of a car theft. We felt right at home. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. I would stay again if I need to come back to Little Rock.

The location was fantastic! But the surprise was how amazing the experience was! The bed sheet quality was AMAZING, the bathroom setup was thoughtful with a double vanity & shower storage and pre-stocked soaps were top notch, and I will definitely be looking for reasons to come back!

Very accommodating and the place was clean and well organized

Every thing we needed was there. Comfortable beds and bedding, great kitchen. Wi-fi and good tv . The central location was perfect for us. Near my family in the Heights ,Hillcrest and West Little Rock. Near State Capital and downtown and River front areas. Every place easily and quickly accessible via Interstate 630. At first we were worried hi-way noice might be a problem but it was not. Highly recommend and hope it will be available on next trip to Little Rock.

Miss Ruth was johnny on the spot during my entire stay! Her homes were so welcoming, this host thought of everything. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Had to go to UAMS from out of state. This is an excellent option for anyone going there or to Children's - super convenient location and clean, comfortable property.

This was our second time renting this place and it was great! Always way better then a hotel. We feel right at home because this rental has EVERYTHING! The neighborhood is quiet and in a nice area near everything. I favor the security gate that closes behind the parked cars. We will be back again soon!

Positives: Very close to UAMS (even closer to Children's), EV charger was easy to use, house was very clean. GREAT place for us to stay. Our first choice when we need to go to UAMS.Wishes: We cook for ourselves a lot, so we wish that there were a few more options for pots/pans - a pot with a lid to cook rice or soup would be a good addition. Also needs a working can-opener.

The property was amazing- Ruth and her family cover every possible need and want during a stay. The cottage was clean and fresh- the bedding and towels were high quality-we lacked for nothing it was warm and inviting- we highly recommend it

We loved our stay in this little house!! It's a great location, plenty of room for 2 people (probably up to 4, but I'm snobby and I like having my own bathroom!), and incredibly well appointed for such a petite house! The only thing I will note is that the instructions for where to park are a little unclear, but Ruth answered our phone call immediately and was able to help! We would definitely stay here again!

Stopped for a weekend on the way to Hot Springs. Really enjoyed this town and the Old Mill was amazing!!

Was pleasantly surprised with this rental. Clean comfortable and perfect for our girls trip. Close to downtown but felt safe. Host had all the extras to make it feel like home.

This gem is the best we have stayed at! Lots of space, tons of extras and amenities, beautifully decorated and super clean. Host was attentive and thought of everything. Only a mile from UMAS and easy access to restaurants. Vino’s pizza is the best. We hope this property is available for our next trip to UAMS.

Well I wasn't able to go due to travel issues due to Hurricane Helene. :-( Having said that my adult son was able to go with his girlfriend and just loved this place! Location was great for doing the Big Dam Bridge Ride this weekend. The place was cozy, well stocked, and very clean. Hope to try to go next year and will try to book again.

Ruth’s property was perfect for our weekend in Little Rock! The house was adorable, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had double vanities, and the whole place was super clean. The location couldn’t have been better. Not only did we feel very safe, it seemed like every time we got in the car to go somewhere, we were always 7-8 minutes from where we needed to be. If we are ever back in Little Rock, we will definitely be staying at Ruth’s property again!

Very clean. Very close to UAMS (where we were going), so super convenient. If you have an EV, there is a charger there. Excellent all-around.

My parents and I were in town for a family wedding. This home was close to all festivities and gave us someplace to relax (and spread out) in between wedding weekend events. I’m a bit of a clean freak and brought my own Clorox wipes “just in case” but didn’t have to use them! If I ever find myself in Little Rock; I will definitely stay again.

It was such a neat place. I would definitely stay again. It was safe and I didn’t notice any traffic noise. It was great!
