Micro Casita! Private Entrance! Ensuite Bath!

I have owned or managed vacation rentals since 2002 so I appreciated the fact that everything was as advertised. If you're ok with really small; you'll like this place, and owner is easy to work with.

Second stay at this property -- very small but fine for one person. I'm in town for business and don't need anything fancy -- just clean and safe. I'll stay again.

Loved staying here! Easy access to absolutely everything in Henderson and Las Vegas. Very private and secure location. Highly recommend to anyone!

Very quiet and private. Comfortable bed and linens. Appreciated the water and snacks in the fridge. Lots of small little things made the stay much nicer -- paper plates and cups, iron, things to fix quick instant coffee as I rushed out in the mornings. It was small but quite nice and exactly what I needed. I will stay again.

This cozy little place was perfect for our stay! It was a convenient location and we felt very safe and secure. It was very clean and very affordable! It had everything that we needed! :)

Perfect little place close to freeway access, gas stations, stores and a quick trip to get to the strip. Had everything we needed and was a very comfortable stay. Central AC was a plus! Looking forward to renting the unit again!!!

Privacy and that's how I like it

Our stay here was great. I loved the Paris theme to the rental it gave it a nice feeling to the Apartment. The neighborhood was great, since it was very clean and calm environment. Perfect for a vacation.

This room is very small but it's very nice. I booked this room because I was dealing poker tournaments in Las Vegas. This room is in a nice quiet location which was great after working in casinos for 10 or more hours. There were some issues with the WI-FI internet. I wasn't able to use it for the first couple weeks. Frank did replace the router which helped. It still would cut out due to poor DNS servers from the ISP. I would recommend changing DNS servers to OpenDNS or another similar service. I would consider staying here again in the future. I would like to point out that I have lived in Las Vegas before and I do Vegas like a local and not as a tourist. If you want the Las Vegas tourist experience you should consider strip hotels. A rental car would be a very good idea if you want to stay here. They also offered a basic laundry service which was only $10 and was well worth it. I was so busy working that I didn't have time to go to a laundromat. If you are only going to be here for a few days this might not be very important. I was here for 6 weeks. John

We had a wonderful stay at this small place. It was perfect for us because we have family nearby but could not stay with them because we ran out of room for the family weekend. That being said we only needed a quiet and comfortable place to sleep. Keep in mind that this place is only for that because it's VERY small but clean and quiet. The owner did not bother us and it was easy to get in and out of the gated community. I would for sure recommend others to stay here to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip.
