This studio was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable as well! We will definitely return!

Property was everything you can ask for. Very comfortable and stylish. Well stocked with necessities. Laura our host was awesome even threw in a night for us. Will definitely be back when we return to the horse races. Don’t hesitate to book this unit you won’t be disappointed.

Nice place, really convenient if you’re going for the casino, it’s walking distance. Also not far from downtown tourist area. Comfortable studio apartment. Parking can be a little tight if both apartments are rented but very doable. Had a great stay!

Wow, is the word that best sums up our experience while staying here! Clean and spacious, this updated and well equipped property is located in a quiet residential area, yet close to everything Hot Springs has to offer. If ever we return to Hot Springs, we would hope to stay at this property again.

The loft was great for my wife and I. The only issue we had was the parking. There was an issue with parking when downstairs occupants parked in the middle of the drive. Would liked to have had communication before being told I would be towed.

The apartment was perfect but there were stairs to climb. We learned to ask about that when we book a place.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and a perfect place for a couple looking to get away! Communication was easy and the host was very responsive regarding check-in/out. We had no issues at all while we were there, everything was great! We walked to Oaklawn from the house and it was also only a quick 5 minute drive to bathhouse row. I love Hot Springs, so we've saved the link and hope to be back soon!

The location was very good. The business across the street was a little noisy but manageable. The loft was beautiful, very new and modern. We would definitely recommend this property and would book again.

Laura was a great host. The loft was clean and had everything you would need. We couldn't believe all the space you had. Our first day there we slept till untl 8:00 am which is not ususbut the bed was super comfy..

We love horse racing and this VRBO is only 1 1/2 blocks away from the casino/horsetrack. It is located approx. 5 minutes from downtown, driving. There are 3 properties to stay, the main house and a detached building that has apt. B on the ground level and apt. C on the second floor. We stayed upstairs. It has been remodeled very well, and it is clean and nicely furnished. The king-size bed was comfortable and the kitchen had just enough supplies to cook. The host was very informative in VRBO messages and seemed easy to reach if needed. We did not have any reason to contact the host. The only issue we see is the parking for apts B-C. It is a single-lane driveway with little room for 2 full-size vehicles to park. Luckily our vehicle and other guests had mid-size SUVs so not too bad to get in and out of. We would definitely recommend a stay here, especially if going to Oak Lawn.

We came to Hot Springs for our anniversary. We loved the place! It took me a minute to figure out how to lock the door when we left but that was probably me… the bed was very comfortable.

The place was great. Very well decorated and upgraded.
