Luxurious Guesthouse in West Hollywood

While I would love to rate this property a 5 because it is charming and in a great location, the bedroom is located under the main house and footsteps upstairs sound like an actual stampede that echos in the bedroom. I was woken up every morning for about 6 days in a row and finally had to buy earplugs which helped a bit. There was also long hair everywhere throughout the unit upon check-in which was concerning from a cleanliness perspective. Finally, about half of the closets in this unit are unavailable which made it difficult to store or put anything away. There was nowhere to put suitcases or bags so they had to stay out the entire stay.

Jason is an amazing host. He helped us get situated same day after some travel mishaps. He is a wonderful host with great communication and helped coordinate all the essentials for a good stay. Property is clean and well maintained.

Jason is a great host and has gone to the effort of compiling a nice guide book with things to do, see and eat. This place was super comfortable and exactly as the pictures shown. Bed is very comfortable. This place has everything you need and is in a very central location to all things Hollywood. We ride shared everywhere we went. Neighborhood felt really safe. Electronic door locks to get in and out. Pretty quiet aside from a few occasional footsteps from above in the attached house. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

The house is in a perfect location. It's set back in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything you need. Parking was super easy and FREE! The bed was immense and super comfortable. The house had everything we could possibly need and more. It was super clean, beautifully decorated and the water pressure in the shower was to die for! Jason was a gracious host and communication was quick and easy. Will absolutely stay here again when I return to California!

Great location, stayed here with my wife and our 11month old baby. Went out for a walk every day and the neighbourhood is fantastic, the only thing i would say is there is a step going up in to the living room which we had to block off with cases to stop the little one falling, not a big deal though and overall the place is fantastic

The location was perfect for walking to coffee shops, restaurants, hiking and our planned activities in Hollywood. It was an easy drive to get to the coast and other attractions. Jason was a thoughtful host who was easily accessible to answer questions. The guest house was clean, modern, and very comfortable! Thank you, Jason!

I enjoyed the stay for 3 nights at this property. The house is very clean, nice King-size bed, free parking in front of the house. I didn't want to stay at a small room hotel because of my toddler. The king size bed was a low profile, so it would be safe if my daughter fell off. She can't speak yet, but she seemed to enjoy the stay as well. Jason was very responsive and helpful for any inquiries I had upon my arrival. My family's first visit to LA was a very enjoyable one.

Jason was very responsive to any questions we had, his place was well located around all the main areas we wanted to visit. There could be more natural light in the house; however if you plan to stay out of the house most of the day then there is no problem. Overall great stay .

Loved everything about this place! Location, contemporary design, details, and the bed was heavenly with a bamboo foam mattress! Very clean and stylish and the owner has thought of everything to make the stay more comfortable! Will stay again when in the area!

We loved the location of this guesthouse. It was close to our favourite coffee house and restaurants. The guesthouse was very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfy! Jason was great to deal with. Our stay could not have been better.
