Luxurious Guest House Central to Everything

Great parking and fast wi-fi! Adorable guest house in a cute neighborhood!!

This was a lovely easy stay. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. The guest house was clean and well stocked. The snacks supplied were great as we got there pretty late. The neighborhood was quiet with private parking right in front of the guest house and very convenient on/ off the freeway.

My only complaint is I wish I had to stay longer. Very neat, clean and updated. We stayed here after a concert and the snacks provided saved us since even fast food had closed. The biggest surprise was the heated bathroom floor. Would definitely stay again as it is very convenient off US31 and I465.

This cottage provided everything we needed for our overnight stay. Very clean and well appointed. Parking at the door was very convenient. Collyn was a great host and provided the most complete instructions before we arrived which made check in a breeze.

From the time we arrived until we left, we were impressed by the property and the host. The property was exceptionally clean and in great condition. Amenities were as stated in the listing. This was such a nice stay in Indianapolis! Everything seemed very nice quality, and it was nice to be able to bring the dog with us. The host was very responsive and helpful when I had a question.

Everything about this rental was perfect. Conveniently closed off the highway, Off street parking, backyard for dogs and they even left some snacks and coffee. We had a great one night stay

We got this place because of the Pet-Friendly and fenced in back yard.The Host is great and easy to communicate with.We will keep this place in mind the next time we are going to be in this area, it is great.

Excellent property in a central located safe and quiet area. Many thoughtful details included - high-end toilet paper, laundry detergent, basket of snacks, air freshener, etc. And how have I gone my whole life without heated tile floors in the bathroom?!? Really had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This guest house is conveniently located on the north side of Indianapolis. I enjoyed being close to so many shops and restaurants. The house was just what I needed for myself, but it would be great for a couple too. The complimentary snacks and coffee were such a thoughtful touch. I had a couple of questions during my stay and the host was very fast to respond. The heated bathroom floor was so nice! I really appreciated the inclusion of a desk/work space. This made a big difference for me, as I was there primarily to work.

Mid century modern look guest house in quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, nail salon, and whatever else you need. Had a lovely stay for my Indy event.

Exactly as described, very, very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect. Close to the Monon Trail and the Broad Ripple area. Easy trip to downtown too. Great that there is a fenced in area, our doggie loved that! And the heated floor in the bathroom is wonderful with an amazing shower. Note if you use Waze for directions it takes you to the wrong Central Ave. The house is on North Central not South but Waze couldn’t figure that out. Google maps worked. Will stay here again next time in Indy!

This is our second time at this property. It’s an ideal stop for us with our dog while passing through on our road trip. Great size for two people and 1 dog. Area is close proximity to Whole Foods, Target and walking trails…a high plus. We will be back!

Clean, new, comfortable, great backyard for dogs

Everything about the property was well thought out! It was small, but comfortable. Very private despite being a guesthouse. The layout of the main room felt spacious and was everything we needed for a little getaway. Host provided small snacks, waters, plenty of towels, and extra throw Blankets which was a nice touch. The bedroom was too small with the king bed to hold our suitcase, but we just put it in the main room which was fine for a short stay. Bathroom was beautiful with a wonderful shower, good water pressure and lux heated floors. Overall really nice stay!

This property was a beautiful stay. The guest house is nice and cozy. It felt like home, the entire set up beautiful, my most favorite feature were the heated tile bathroom floors. Collyn was very responsive, the entry to get in the home was a smooth process, felt safe. Good communication and great neighborhood, rught off the expressway. I would book agian if I ever go back to Indiana.

The home was very clean and was awesome for my pets...loved the fenced back yard. Convenient to local shopping and the interstate.

This was an ideal stay for us for one night, on a long haul road trip. Excellent to have a fenced in area for our large dog and it was an ideal size for my husband and I. We would definitely book here again on our next travels through.

This coach house is the perfect property for a couple. The perfect size, perfect amenities, perfect location. The house is close to everything and has super easy access to the highway. We travel with our Greater Swiss Mountain dog and the yard was perfect for her as well. I was a bit of a moron and couldn't get the lock to work, but our host, Collyn, was super responsive and quickly got me in. The only reason not to book this place ASAP is if we happen to be in town and have it already booked for ourselves.

My Daughter and I stayed here after attending a Taylor Swift concert in Indy. This house was perfect! 30 minutes door to door from the Lucas Oil stadium. We arrived home late and immediately relaxed with some snacks Collyn left us. The entire place is very warm and welcoming. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and heated tile floors in the bathroom are a luxurious touch. We had planned to wake up and leave but stayed a bit to unwind. We would recommend this lovely guest house. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

The house was perfect and my fur babies loved the fenced in yard. Close to the interstate.
