Stayed Mar 1, 2025Beautiful location and excellent housing. We stayed for 2 months and the hosts could not have been nicer. Wonderful neighborhood. parked on the quiet street right under a streetlight and always felt my car would be safe. Very well stocked and just right for 1 or 2 people. We will definitely be back if the need arises.

Stayed Dec 23, 2018We are a mature couple needing accommodations for holiday visit with family in the Chico area. This property served our needs nicely. It is in a quiet neighborhood with privacy. It was much more comfortable than staying in a motel with the amenities of a home and was reasonable priced. We would recommend the property for couples with similar needs.
