Absolutely amazing property and an even more amazing host. Karen and Jon were great at communication and just made you feel at home. How can you beat freshly baked sourdough bread and farm fresh eggs waiting for you when you check in? Property was immaculate and rivals five star hotels' cleanliness. Would definitely stay here again if in the area again!

We had a great time during our stay here. The guest house is lovely, just as described, with everything we needed. Karen paid great attention to every detail and is a welcoming host. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. We would love to stay here again.

The property was well maintained and very welcoming. Karen and her dog Rip where amazing host. A great place to slow things down and to take it easy between visiting the State and National Parks.

Such a great place to stay. The hosts were so kind and have thought of everything in the rental including a nice big basket of snacks to take with to Crater Lake. Just a short drive to Medford airport. The sheep and onsite shop are amazing. The sunsets are the best

My family loved this location and wished we could have stayed longer. We had everything we needed and the farm was beautiful.

Karen & Jon made us feel welcome but also gave us total privacy to enjoy the beautiful property on our own. We arrived to warm, freshly baked french bread our first day. Karen took the time to tour us through the barns, gardens and enjoyed touring the felting showroom. We even got to meet the newborn lambs. We definitely will return. Thank You!

Had the most wonderful stay. The guest house was so cute! We were greeted with a freshly baked sourdough bread! Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows! I loved that there was a nightlight in the bedroom and the bathroom, I normally travel with my own but had forgotten it this trip. It’s nice to not stumble around in the dark when trying to find the bathroom! The night sky is filled with stars that we don’t get to see living in a subdivision in the city. We were able to take a little tour of the grounds with Karen and made a quick stop in her shop to purchase a few gifts. I highly recommend!

Karen and Jon are amazing people. We found new friends! The kind you wanna stay with again The house was cute and clean and the location was perfect. The puppies and sheep made the stay even more fun. Can’t wait to get back.

Loved the guest house! It had everything we needed on an amazing property. We even got to hold some new puppies. The gardens were a joy to roam as well. Karen and Jon are super friendly and helpful. It was a quick stay for us and we wish we had more time to spend there. You won't be disappointed!

This was a perfect place for us to visit Crater Lake and take in the plays in Ashland. Karen was a fantastic host and the sourdough bread was amazing. A very peaceful and restful place to stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away from it all.

Don’t get to spend as much time as we’d have liked at the ranch, but enjoyed the guest house and the peacefulness of the property in our down time.

It was clean and peaceful. Karen has an eye for detail and couldn’t be more kind. The beds & pillows were SO comfortable! I could go on and on but you may as well see it for yourself… yes, definitely stay here.

My husband and I were in the area for a family event for the week and needed a quiet spot to hide away while we both worked remotely. The space was absolutely perfect - with both a desk and a dining room table (and more importantly, a door between the two). It was refreshing to take breaks during the day and walk around the property. Many conversations were had with sheep, dogs, and my favorite 3-legged cat. I appreciated Karen showing me her artwork in the shop. Best of all, we were greeted with a fresh out of the oven loaf of sourdough bread when we arrived. We were truly spoiled during our stay. This is the perfect retreat.

The farm is beautiful, and we loved looking at the extensive gardens and the sheep! It was such an idyllic setting. Everything about the house was immaculate and comfortable, and the delicious fresh made sourdough bread was such a fantastic touch, especially when we arrived late. We all really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse!

This was an amazing experience the house was beautiful and modern. We had everything we could have needed, clean linens and furniture all needs were met and would highly recommend to freinds, family, or the public.
