Lakefront Guest House - Two bedrooms and two bathrooms

This property is absolutely excellent. Perfect location, huge covered deck with a view of the lake and amazingly stocked. Also fresh muffins and fruit were left - thank you! Rod is very friendly and accommodating - again thank you! Highly recommend saying here.

This was our second stay with Rod and Kim and it was great again. Very good amenities and everything was clean. We’ll be back!

Great stay at this property in beautiful Peachland. Hosts have thought of everything to made guests comfortable and location is ideal to enjoy lakeside swim, or visit the township. The best of several B&Bs on our road trip through British Columbia.

This property is in a wonderful location just across the street from the lake. The lake has a walking path running all the way into the town centre. Very comfortable place to stay. This is a self contained 2 bdrm suite. The owners live below on same property. Kim and Rod were very welcoming and helpful. We were greeted with fresh muffins, fresh fruit and fresh cream for coffee. This apartment suite is very well appointed. **The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the 2nd bathroom was downstairs as you came in the door, prior to entering the actual apartment. We had two couples so rather than a separate bathroom for each couple. we ended up sending the men to use this bathroom for their showers. I would definitely recommend Beachlife Sweet Guest House for someone looking for a great place. I would definitely book it again.

Kim and Rod were excellent hosts. Lots of amenities offered and they kindly stored our bikes for us as we were using the bikes a lot on our little vacation. Highly recommend and we will come again for sure next year.

We were very happy with the property location and layout. Super clean and accommodating. Very nice touch to have a bowl of fruit, muffins and coffee! Our most senior (80)member found the stairs difficult but we knew there would be stairs. The beds are fabulous! We enjoyed our stay very much and the hosts hosted just right!

Had so much fun! This Lakefront Guest House had everything you needed and more. Incredibly clean and in the best location!! Can't wait to return again!

Checking in was easy, we met the owners later. They did a great job of being accessible and welcoming while also letting us enjoy the time there. The suite was very comfortable.

It was a beautiful location, right across from the lake with a lovely view from the deck. Rod and Kim thought of everything!...a completely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and nicely appointed bedrooms, lots of towels, beach towels, cards/boardgames/a variety of books, the list goes on...no need to bring anything but your clothes and groceries. It definitely makes you want to come back and, in fact, we are planning to visit again with our son and daughter-in-law.

This location is the best, lake view, amazing outdoor living area, close to a few shops and coffee! Beds were so comfortable and impressed with hospitality- fresh baked muffins, fresh fruit and coffee.

We have a great time with my friends. Really enjoy the property. Highly recommended.

Perfect work-life balance. Right at water for recreation, restaurants within walking distance, and easy to get to W Kelowna. Grocery store nearby. Hosts friendly and helpful. Quiet and comfortable. Everything I needed.

All communication with Rodney and Kimwas so easy from the initial booking request to saying goodbye. The beds in both bedrooms were so comfortable and the view from the deck was amazing. We spent every morning sitting in the adirondack chairs drinking coffee, listening to the birds and watching the water. There was everything you could need in the kitchen and everything was so clean. Looking forward to going back.

Exactly as pictured...and better! Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable. A well-equipped kitchen, with the lovely added touch of fresh pastries/muffins on arrival. The terrace - with the view of the lake right across the street - is spectacular: perfect for a BBQ or sipping on that bottle of wine acquired at one of the many nearby wineries. Communication with the host was prompt. Highly recommend!!
