Knoll House 4 Bedrooms Each With Private Bath

Norman was very accommodating made sure we had everything we needed and even called to let us know when to view Aurora borealis. his home was very cozy and felt like home. We had 2 families of 4 and this house was more than enough room for us all. We had such a lovely stay at knoll house. Our first night there we were able to see the Aurora Borealis. We highly recommend this place if you want to be outside of the city to see the northern lights but close enough to go shopping or for dinning. Thanks again Norman. We all enjoyed you home.

Property was situated great near stores and restaurants but still had the feel of being alone in nature. Great views and well appointed. Norman was very accommodating. We only stayed 3 days but Knoll House was a great place to relax at the end of our two week vacation.

Our stay at Knoll House was the perfect start to our trip. There is everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking at home. There is a wide variety of games, puzzles and activities. The rooms are cosy with great attention to detail. The view is amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The view was fantastic and the northern lights were out! This house had all that our family needed for a quick weekend trip to Fairbanks. Very clean and enjoyable!

What a wonderful home to rest in. we visited in the middle of a snow storn with temps going down to neg 30 plus... drive, walkways taken care of. Home was welcoming and very comfortable for our party of 6. We cooked, baked, did laundry, puzzles, built nightly fires and had lots of laughter! House was warm and wel equipped.

The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The views were great. It was a bit off the beaten path, but not too far. We would stay there again.

Excellent stay in well deigned home with sweeping views of the greater Fairbanks area. Norman was a great host and stopped by to make sure everything was acceptable. The weather prevented us from seeing the aurora, but this would be an excellent property to observe the colors of the night sky.

The location and view was wonderful and the kitchen was well stocked. If you are looking for a VRBO with less rules, then this is the one. Wear shoes inside if you like. The trade off is the interior and furnishings could use an upgrade. None of us sat on the couch because it was pretty dusty. We loved the location and loved that the host greeted us on our arrival.

We had an awesome stay! Its a beautiful house up on the ridge above Fairbaks. 6 minute drive to a great coffee shop. We got to enjoy drinks at night up on the balcony looking at mountains off in the distance. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The pictures do not do justice to the beautiful home and setting. The home was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We were a group of 8 and it was great to have space to spread out with individual bed and bath rooms. The house it a bit outside of Fairbanks but is an easy drive in. The host was very nice and stopped in twice to check to make sure we had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to stay at Knoll house again.

It felt as if we were far removed from everything, but it was only ten or fifteen minutes to the airport and grocery store. House was beautiful and comfortable. Beautiful view

We had a great stay in Fairbanks. The house was as advertised. We were there for spring break. The northern lights were visible over the hill most nights, and the kids enjoyed the available sleds during the day.

We appreciated having 4 bedrooms with attached baths. The kitchen was well supplied (could have used a bit more silverware). The location is a bit out of the way, but works well to be away from the lights of downtown Fairbanks, as we had good Northern Lights Views from the property. Norm is a very nice and accommodating host.

House had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, view was amazing, fireplace was easy to use and wood plentiful. Decently outside of town but easy to get to with 4wd even in January. Views of the northern lights plus we had moose visitors! We'll be back.

The house is well appointed (plenty of spices and cookware!) It is also spacious with plenty of storage.The beds are comfy. We especially appreciated the no stair entry and handicap accessible first floor bedroom that also has beautiful views. Most exciting was how wonderful the views of the Northern Lights from the house. There was no need to book an Lights tour. Norman was an excellent host, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Our family had the best trip and the house was perfect.

Norman’s place was awesome. It was very clean and perfect for our family of 8. The view from the front yard was great and we were able to see the aurora the last 2 nights. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. We would definitely rent again.

The house is fully equipped with things that will make your stay comfortable. From all bedrooms you can see the beautiful trees and the Denali mountain range on a clear day.

When we booked this home it checked all of the boxes of what we were looking for in a vacation rental. In real life it exceeded our expectations. The home is inviting and cozy. The amenities are excellent. The location is great. Felt very private but not far from the airport, restaurants, museums and town. Perfect for a family vacation. Norman was very responsive to my questions prior to our stay. He also checked in with us a few times during our stay. As an added bonus we were able to experience the Northern Lights from the yard instead of in a crowded setting. Thank you Norman!

You cannot beat this home for a group our size, or larger for a stay in Fairbanks. We had a group of five friends and the four bedrooms with private baths worked perfectly for us. The home has so much character due to its furnishings and we were greeted by the Owner with open arms. He was very informative, thoughtful, kind, and always available when we needed to ask a question. He made our stay very easy and we felt like we were home. We had a wonderful surprise with the Autumn colors and were stunned by the beautiful valley views from the upstairs bedrooms. We look forward to a return stay in the future.
