This 2-story carriage house has its own private parking spot right by the door! Great location at the top of Forsyth Park behind a grand mansion on Gaston Street. A Queen size bed is upstairs, along with the bathroom. There is a TV in the bedroom. Downstairs you will find a compact full kitchen, dining table and cable TV. Due to the stairs this unit is not recommended for anyone with a small child or for the elderly/infirm.

​​​​​​​The washerand dryer guests may use while staying here is shared, located in the ground level utility room of the owner's main house in front of this carriage house.

For additional vehicles, parking is on-street and spots are easy to find at this location. Meters are handled via the Park Savannah app or with a 'Visitors Parking Day Pass' available to cover all day/night parking for travelers. This can be purchased from the Visitors Center on MLK, the Parking Services office on Bryan. Check with the City of Savannah for current pricing on Day Pass purchases. Within one block there is non-metered parking for those who prefer not to pay.
