Stayed Jan 31, 2020Great location and owner. Very nice little guest house. Only thing I wish I'd known is that there is no door to one bedroom (curtain) and a window open to the living room in other bedroom. Our two year old didn't sleep as well because of that, but otherwise everything was very good.

Stayed Dec 26, 2019This place is spacious and clean, great neighborhood for dog walking. Our dog actually made a friend of the owner’s dog, his first friend ever. Now that’s a Texas welcome.

Stayed Nov 14, 2019Lots of towels - love that! Didn’t really understand TV options so a page iof directions in book would be helpful. The only suggestion i have is to add box springs to the beds. My back was sore after waking. But otherwise all was great.
