This bright and airy one bedroom tiny home is located right off of highway 83, about 3.4 miles from Garner Park and 3.3 miles from the Third Crossing/Seven Bluffs drop off point at the Frio river. We are close to the water, yet away from the crowds.

Stayed Apr 18, 2019We wanted to participate in our families camping trip at Garner State Park without sleeping on the ground and other lack of comforts. This was a perfect place for that. Leah and her husband were very helpful and friendly. The tiny home wasn't all that tiny and was very clean and comfortable.

Stayed Nov 9, 2018Great little house! Perfect size for me and my wife but still plenty of room for more people if needed. Leah took great care of us, helping with anything we needed. Very personable and dedicated to making our stay the best it could be. We will definitely be returning next time we need a relaxing get away.
