Stayed Dec 31, 1969We are very unhappy with your house. Regarding what they promise on the website: 1.- There is no internet, because the connection does not work. We have had to use the wifi connection of our mobile phones all the time to be able to send emails. 2.- The television, incomprehensibly it is only in German language, that is to say: There is no Tv. for us, unless we pay 25 euros to configure it in Spanish. 3.- The house has no number outside the street. We were told in the email instructions that the house number is XXXXX n°XX, and since we did not have it, we had to walk around several times until we could find it. 4.- In the house there are no panoramic views that are published on the web. COMFORT: 1.- The bedroom does not have an exterior window, so the heat at night has been unbearable, since it does not have air conditioning. 2.- There are no protection measures for the covid-19. 3.- Although there is a car ramp in the house, we were not allowed to use it to unload the suitcases, and we had to take them down some stairs. Thank you very much for this facility!! We haven't drunk the bottle of wine. We would have preferred that what they promise on the website be fulfilled.
