Grandview Mesa - Amazing Mountain Views!!!

we had a really nice stay at our VBRO choice! It was recently remodeled, very clean & centrally located to all of the things that we found to do. We grilled out & enjoyed the sunset with our view of Pikes Peak. The owner went out of her way to assist my wife in advance to surprise me with a birthday cake, balloons & a very nice bottle of wine on our initial entry. Gary & Tonia

Shari has a beautiful place that has wonderful and quick access to activities in the area. She was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was exactly as information provided. I look forward returning on my next trip to the area.

A cozy, clean, compact, comfy apartment! During our weeklong stay, we enjoyed the many indoor and outdoor activities in Colorado Springs and always looked forward to coming back to our quiet retreat with its fantastic mountain views.

Shari’s property was so lovely. Off the bat, communication with Shari was excellent. She even accommodated our early check in request. The Grandview Mesa was spotless, well stocked with pillows/blankets, coffee, water, bathroom products and much more. The view- so stunning. Parking a breeze. And so close to all of the wonderful Manitou Spring offerings. Whether you want a place to just rest your head, or to cozy up for a few days, Grandview Mesa is the spot. And my god was that bed comfortable.

Everything was fabulous!!! I do wish you had a stove. But everything was great!!!! We lived staying there. Thank you. The view is incredible. And personally. My brother lives right up the road. Thank you so much

Great place for some piece and quiet. Very quaint with easy access to all of the things, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and the Royal Gorge. We will be back! Oh the coffee selections were incredible!!!

Grandview Mesa was everything it was said to be. It’s as neat as a pin!? It’s very clean and had every little thing we needed.

The apartment was very clean and was all we needed. It does not have a stove but has a hot plate and griddle which we used for breakfast cooking. The views were wonderful! We loved Seven Falls and Garden of the gods. We did an E-bike tour called Glen & Garden with Amp’d Adventures which included biking through Glen Eyrie Castle grounds which was a wonderful surprise! Beautiful grounds and buildings! Also loved riding the Cog Railway to Pike’s Peak! Really enjoyed having the apartment to rest in after our adventures!

This was a beautiful property that was close to all of the places we wanted to visit. Our family of 2 adults and 2 young kids had the perfect amount of space and everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at Grandview Mesa. The location was perfect for all the daytrips and hiking we planned to do around Colorado Springs and surrounding towns. This turned out to be one of our favorite rentals!! The unit itself is very clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was well stocked with shower products and plenty of towels. Althpugh the unit is attached to the main home, we never felt like we didn’t have privacy. There is a nice barrier in the back and we loved the outdoor space too. If we travel back to Colorado, we would absolutely stay here again!!

We stayed at Gandview Mesa for my 60th birthday and the property was perfect. The attention to detail was amazing and views were great! We are already planning a trip back next year. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay.

This AirB&B was so lovely. It was clean, peaceful, had an amazing view, stocked with coffee, perfect for a getaway with your partner. The host communicated perfectly, checking in every so often to make sure we were having a good time and had everything we need. One of my favorite things was the information book provided, yes it gave the rules but it also gave a big list of places to eat, things to do, and all of the different hiking spots.

The owner made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was well kept and in a great proximity to all the cool things Colorado Springs area has to offer. Plenty of room for two adults and two small kids.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in a prime location, then this is the rental for you. My family loved the rental as it had everything we wanted and needed. We loved the view of the Rocky Mountains and Pikes Peak. We also loved the proximity to excursions such as Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, the zoo, Old Colorado City, Pikes Peak, and the interstate. When we come back to Colorado Springs, we will definitely be staying here.

Do yourself a favor and just go ahead and book this place. It’s super clean, very well stocked, great location, amazing view, this list goes on. Easy to find and park and has a great outdoor area where not only do you get to see the beautiful mountains we had deer come up on multiple occasions. All the well known places in town are great, horseback through Garden of the the Gods is great but we think the star is the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

Quiet, clean and well equipped

hosts are very timely with questions, the place had everything we needed as well as games, pamphlets for tourism, and things to do in the area. this place is also 20 minutes or less from all the popular tourist things in the area. we would love to come back!!

This property exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at multiple short-term rentals, and this one set the bar really high for the rest of them. The hosts thought of all the different little things that you can see throughout the property, making the stay very welcoming. It felt like home and we loved the views. Would definitely stay here again. And highly recommend.

I was here with my friend/colleague for an annual work conference (space symposium) for three nights. I will definitely be booking this for next year! It was amazing! The views were breathtaking and the house was clean, well decorated and furnished, and cozy. The bed was so comfortable..I actually forgot to ask where they got it because I want one for my home!

This property is the ultimate find if you're traveling to Colorado Springs, CO. You have a front row seat to Pike's Peak and Norad. You are minutes away from everything to see and do in the Springs. This property is completely and so thoughtfully appointed. Shari is a great host. The place has a complete kitchen set-up for cooking, snacking and relaxing. 2 huge TVs, King Size bed, living area, and beautifully decorated. You have a fire pit / grilling area to stare at Pike's Peak and the beautiful mountainside. Great private parking in a super quiet area. Shari helped me celebrate my 60th birthday with a lovely bottle of wine and a cute birthday sign. She made my wife and I feel right at home with 2 Keurig coffee machines so that we didn't have to wait in queue. The Grandview Mesa had a pull-out bed had we had our kids. You are close to everything. Thanks again Shari!

The location and view are amazing! None better for the price. Had 4 deer greeting us upon arrival, 4 inches of snow the next morning and a great view of Pikes Peak. The host, Shari, was very kind and helpful and shoveling snow in the early morning. We will certainly be back.

We went to Colorado Springs to visit family for Thanksgiving and found this wonderful place to stay. The location was great. The place was really clean and had everything you could need for your stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had lots of amenities such as soaps, shampoos and conditioners. It is obvious they take pride in having guests stay there. The view out the back is absolutely spectacular. We will definitely be booking this place again as long as there is room :). If you want the best view of pikes peak, this is the place! It was so cute and cozy with a direct view of the mountains. Everything was within 10-15 minute drive. Highly recommend!!

I was a little hesitant because of being conjoined, but it is extremely private and the view is absolutely stunning. The space was perfect for what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

We had a quick trip to CO Springs in early November. The VRBO was fantastic. Very clean, great space. Exceptional Views!! First snowfall of the year and it was the perfect amount to add to the beauty of the fountains. The snow kept us from Pikes Peak but we did go to Garden of the Gods. Manitou Springs is a beautiful town as well.

High end appliances and finishes made this an amazing place to visit. I travel a ton for work and love finding amazing places like this where I can skip the hotel lobby, and bar, and loud people around me. Quick access to I-25 but also tucked away with some incredible views of the mountains and front range. As long as your party isn't too large or pack a ton with you, this wonderful property is one you will want to use anytime you visit COS. I will be coming back here again in the future!

We stayed for a little under a week. The property was exactly as described and had a fantastic view. The property was situated really close to old Colorado Springs and manitou springs. It was the perfect little space to stay at while exploring the area. My only complaint was the adjoining door to the main house made me a little uneasy but it locked on our side so it was fine.
