Clean home-great location!

Great location, very convenient to good restaurants. The condo was spacious for the 3 couples. Loved the pool and lounging area.

Smaller than appears, little musty smell, hot water issues. It was a very nice stay though…nothing that was a major issue

The location is AMAZING. You're literally steps away from Duval St, but it's so quiet. The pool and outdoor space are incredible. We tried to spend as much time out there as we could. Love that the pool is open until 11pm and that it's heated. Much needed during the shoulder seasons. We rented 2 units for 13 people and found it comfortable. We weren't on top of each other. This is a second-floor unit, so it's not accessible at all for anyone with a mobility limitation. The pictures don't show it, but both bathrooms open into the hallway. We liked that one wasn't an en-suite. With 7 people, we didn't want to have to go into someone's room to use the bathroom. The only complaint we had was there weren't many spoons for some reason and no kitchen towels to dry dishes. We used a bathroom towel. Otherwise, worth every penny. The management company is very responsive and easy to contact. Lovely stay!

The host was very welcoming and kept us well informed. The property was in excellent condition.

Great location--you can walk everywhere but it's still far enough from the action on Duvall that it was quiet. Fausto's Food Palace is a well-stocked little grocery store right around the corner. Five women shared the accommodations. The property is showing its age, but it was clean inside and out. The management was quick to respond to a small problem (neighbor's alarm was going off while no one was home).The parking situation--only 3 cars can park in the driveway and they need to be rearranged if the car at the front needs to be moved--is probably trickier when all of the units are occupied. Apparently they shared my phone number with them so we could coordinate when to move the cars because I received phone calls from them. (I appreciated that even though I didn't know about it ahead of time.)

The location and apartment layout were fantastic for our family group. We really enjoyed the pool area and the apartment had all the accessories one would need for a week stay. The unit was ready as we arrived and the early access to the apartment was greatly appreciated!

The sink is super tiny and you can barely turn around in the shower. Also the bedding and the towels are kept in a shed by the pool that is open during the day. We thought that was weird. The pool area is great and the contacts at the company were great to deal with.

We really enjoyed this property. It’s in a great location and the pool area is nice and private. It could use some minor updating but other than that it’s perfect. It was also nice that the linens, towels and even beach towels were included. We went with our grown kids and their two friends. Loved Key West!!

The larger shower has no hot water or water pressure. The small shower has no room in the stall or the bathroom to move around and do necessary hygiene tasks when getting ready. The door lock is very insecure as many times we left and it was locked only to find it unlocked when we returned. Also, while having dinner, someone wandered into our space by opening the door and letting themselves in.

Great place. Close to everything and the pool was a great added bonus.

We enjoyed the stay, all room were clean. The home was in very good location to shop and bar on Duval St. Only drawback I had was signing documents outside the of the Vrbo website to included email and communication. I understand wanting to protect your investment, But I think all communication like financial and liability document should be handle through Vrbo website to cut down on potential personal information being released. The property was very nice.

House was perfect for the 5 of us. Pool was great. Location to all the action is fantastic. We will definitely be back.

The condo was nice and appeared clean to the eyes. However, the smell was strong of mildew. 2 of the vacationers got very sick from allergy sensitivity. Also, it was not disclosed that it was next to a mortuary with dead bodies coming in and out. The pool was wonderful. There were pool guys there early in the mornings running blowers and making noise. Location was great and there is a grocery store not even a block away.

Location is perfect, and the private pool is great to hang by and have a few drinks or great place to cool off after a day of fishing.

The 6 of us adults enjoyed The Grand Bahama Suite; comfortable bedrooms, loved that each bedroom had its own window AC unit so everyone could select their own temperature for sleeping comfortably, lots of towels, open kitchen and livingroom area to gather, friendly people in the other units, relaxing pool area. Location was a 10 minute walk from everywhere we wanted to go. Location was quiet even though we were one block from Duval Street; and a grocery store around the corner. We loved this place.

We stayed here with 2 other couples celebrating my husband's 40th birthday. It was the perfect spot- a block off of Duval- walking distance to everything. Grocery store right at the corner! I was worried it would be too loud at night but that wasn’t an issue at all. We parked our rental car in the driveway and parking was never an issue either. We loved hanging by the heated pool in the backyard! We will definitely be back!

We weren't at the VRBO very much but when we were there it was quiet and relaxing.

Property was small, but great location. Initially had issues getting in the unit but after a short time we figured it out. Negative is 4 units, but 3 parking spots. Had to push a golf cart out of the way to park.

Perfect location- easy walk to Duval and all the fun things in Key West- property was perfect for the 5 adults- plenty of space- nice pool area - everything was simple!

Fantastic property near all the fun Duvall Street activities. Property has a great pool and patio area to hang out with friends. We would definitely rent this location again.

We booked this one because we had 5 girls and everyone wanted a decent bed that wasn't a bunk bed. The unit was nicer than the photos in my opinion and the pool was bigger in person than it seemed in the picture. The location off Duval was top notch! Our complaints were the 10am check out time is a bit too early... especially being Key West and when all the hotels give you until 11am! And they don't offer late check out at all. But more so was the lack of professionalism from the maintenance man who used a code to unlock our door and walked into our unit annoyed and raised his voice telling us we were late checking out! I was standing there in my boxers and night shirt scrambling to get packed as he walked in. Not cool. He didn't even knock and didn't wait for anyone to answer and didn't apologize for walking in on us. I've never had that happen ever and was really put off by this. Other than that, I would recommend this place because it had a lot going for it despite those things.

Great location. Easy walk to Duval and everywhere. 15 min Uber from airport. Had trouble getting dyer to dry. Pillows were rock hard. Pool area was fabulous although we had to clean grill prior to using. Plenty of clean bath and beach towels. Plenty of room for the 6 adults.

The house reaked of weed, we told the property management company and all they said was thanks. The coffee maker and toaster were old and broke. They did bring us new ones.
