Stayed Nov 28, 2025We did not meet the host, but the property manager was very friendly and informative. She recommended a taxi service to us, Patterson Taxi, which was outstanding. We used him the whole time we were on the island.

Stayed Apr 16, 2025Very nice welcoming property manager. Overall, the Property was as described minus the enormous construction projection that is ongoing Next door. The construction started every morning promptly at 645 am and did not relent until late afternoon. As a light sleeper this was extremely disappointing and prevented me from feeling truly relaxed while on vacation. Would recommend this property when/id the condition subsides

Stayed Jan 25, 2025beautiful little 1 bedroom (queen)& loft (2 twin mattresses) home with a lovely ocean view from the family room, kitchen & wood deck. a short 200 yd stroll puts you on the beach. there is a small dipping pool in the carefully maintained garden right in front of the house. spotlessly clean & comfortable. lovely basic furnishings, and everything you may need for an awesome, relaxing vacation

Stayed Mar 28, 2023Pros: Great View from that porch! Everything you need in the kitchen, comfy bed. Beach is fantastic, pretty much all to ourselves. Resorts and their amenities a walk away if needed. Pictures shown are all accurate. Wonderful staff. Cons: As addressed in prior posts, security awareness is required. Alarms must be set whenever you leave the space and when you retire at the end of the day. Fabulous beach chairs must be broken down and locked up when leaving the beach to grab lunch or take a break from the sun. Renter must sign an agreement holding them responsible for any loss caused by negligence regarding security requirements. This is a beautiful island, and The Bite is a fabulous getaway. Wish we had more time to investigate the smaller islands, perhaps on our next visit!

Stayed Feb 18, 2023the view from the upper deck to the water was amazing. I loved the groomed tropical garden/mature atmosphere. The swimming pool was a bonus/very clean. Also an amazing view of the pathway to the beach from the living room/dining area. excellent proximity from airport, restaurants and grocery store

Stayed Dec 23, 2020My husband and I stayed here Dec 23-Jan 1st. We were looking for a more private property than a resort given Covid. This was perfect - beautiful beach views and quite beach time. Loved being within walking distance of great snorkeling. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and their lovely daughter and appreciate them asking everyday how can we make it a better experience. They really want the bests for their renters. We appreciate some of the subtle touches such as providing a cooler to take down to the beach, beach chairs and umbrella. Natalie who welcomed us took great care of us during the week. I look forward to returning here.
