The home was very clean, organized and had everything we needed. The sheets and towels smelled lovely and clean. The ambiance is relaxing and cozy. Much better than any hotel in the area. Convenient to restaurants and the mall. Thanks Angelique!!!

Safety features!!! Many!! Very clean with super Comfy beds & space. LOTS of food & drink options included.. including fresh fruit! Very quiet and safe neighborhood. And less than a mile from our friends house...thank you Angelique for your kindness & attention to our needs!

The place was amazing and very much enjoyed it 100 percent recommend. My only 2 comments in the negative department are the glass front door needs adjustment because it wants to close on you and has a lot of pressure. Also the pool was closed that part was a bummer I was going to use it. Other than those two things it was a great and pleasant experience with great communication and thoughtful surprises with snacks and body wash . Thank you so much for the hospitality and it was a cozy comfortable home !

Angelique is absolutely amazing, easy to work with, and hospitable! The space is so clean and shaded! Plenty of room for outside yard games and summer fun! We will definitely be back! They were such a blessing to work with!!!

Was the perfect birthday spot for my son and it was only 45 minutes from apple orchard waterfalls which we highly recommend. Loved the pool and the guest house. Will definitely stay again

Very nice place!! Lots of extras like coffee pods,spices,a few sodas,waters,juices!! Lots of yummy breakfast items!! Pool was great just a bit cool do to cooler temperatures!! The host were over the top with anything we needed!

This guest house was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Angelique was so accommodating with setting up a pack n’ play for my granddaughter, but also our crazy schedule. She was easy to communicate with. Not only was a continental breakfast included but there was a basket of items (new) available in case you have forgotten something- i.e. toothbrush, toothpaste, saline, etc. I highly recommend this as being a great choice.

Great guest house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for me and my dog while visiting Liberty University with my friend and her family. Not a far drive to the University and several stores. Angelique was very responsive to messages. Continental breakfast was a great surprise, lots of choices. Will definitely stay again, hopefully the next time will be in the summer and the pool is open!!

Cozy and complete guest house in the woods just outside Lynchburg! Everything we might have needed or wanted was provided, including a large assortment of breakfast items what a nice treat! The host was very responsive and helpful! We would stay again, highly recommend!!

This was a quaint place, we loved the decor, brought us back to grandmas house. The host was very responsive to our questions and left lots of goodies in the home.

This apartment was perfect for our family. We spent two nights and were able to bring our dog with us. The apartment was well stocked with anything that you could need and lots of extras. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. We have already recommended to others

My husband and I had a great stay. The guest house well-stocked with everything you cold possibly need. The linens were exceptionally clean and the towels smelled as if they were fresh out of the dryer. It’s extremely quiet. If you’re looking to visit Lynchburg and need a place to relax and re-energize after a long day, this is it.

This is a fabulous property and a great place to go for peace and quiet. We had everything we needed plus the serenity of being away from the city. We were able to see the starts at night and walk around in a beautiful neighborhood. We had the opportunity to see lots and lots of deer as they freely roamed the area around us. We will surely return.
