FUENTE ~ Adults Only, 2nd Level Pool View King Room at Azul Mansion!

One of the beautiful turn of the century homes in Old Town. Great location for museums, shopping and restaurants. This is not a B&B like many of the others and beware of an extra VRBO charge.

Comfortable room, nice amenities are ice machine, water dispenser, refrigerator in room and common living space downstairs. Especially the kitchen.

It was very nice and right in the middle of everything

The place was wonderful. One of the best rooms I have stayed in. The kitchen was readily available to use, very good location and management was quick to answer questions. The only (minor) issue was the volume of the AC.

The room we had was spacious enough for two. We liked that it was quiet, great location and felt very private compared to staying at a hotel. We would stay again.

The location was perfect for walking everywhere and checkin/checkout was very easy. Our room had windows on 3 sides which provided plenty of natural light and the bed was very comfortable. We were busy with family for most of our stay so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool and downstairs area but maybe next time! I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants a peaceful oasis near downtown. *Note that there are a lot of stairs.

Very nice accommodations. Nice touches with the filtered water by the pool, ice buckets, pool towels, and well appointed rooms.

Staff was very welcoming and polite. Spaces were extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Wish the pool/lounge chairs had more sunshine on them. Great location just a few blocks from Duval/beaches/restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic place! Super clean and well appointed. Bed was super comfortable, air was nice and cold, bathroom was spotless with a nice shower. The overall grounds and building were very nice. Close enough to all the action but far enough away to sleep well. The staff was outstanding. We will be back :)

Loved it and would definitely stay again! The neighborhood felt more residential, which made it peaceful, yet it was still an easy walk to the downtown area. The hosts were fantastic communicators and even recommended a wonderful dinner spot nearby (The Little Pearl). The property was quiet, with most guests being couples in their 40s. Our room was excellent—timeless décor, spacious, and perfect for the two of us. I also loved being able to choose our room, and it looked like there were plenty of other great options as well! Plus, having a local gym just a two-minute walk away was a great bonus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-day, two-night stay in the Fuente Suite. The location was ideal—just a 15 to 20-minute walk from the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area on foot while still being in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood.Check-in was smooth, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Although parking is limited on the property, we had no trouble securing a space on both nights of our stay.The shared community kitchen was a nice touch, offering filtered water, coffee, and tea—great conveniences to have on hand. We especially appreciated the pool, which was clean and refreshing—perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons.The Fuente Suite itself was spacious and comfortable. It came with thoughtful amenities like a personal fridge and a Keurig machine. The property management was responsive and detail oriented, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

My friend & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was like a home away from home. Super clean. Convenient location- close to everything but just far enough away. Didn't feel like you were on a main road. Mostly quiet & calming atmosphere. Would stay again!!

We stayed for a week at this location. It was comfortable, walking distance to a local gym, beach and of course Duval street. Pool was nice and the property was very clean. It was nice to get to know our neighbors as well.I will definitely be back.

Excellent easy self check in, room was spacious ( one of the bigger, I believe), clean, king bed was very comfortable, pillows worry the best I have stay on. Private, yet friendly other guess communication. Down stairs communities space is very spacious if traveling with other. Pool was nice and heated. Cleaning stay friendly and assisted when asked. Loved being so close to be able to walk thru most of old town. But many ways to get around. Only draw back parking is near impossible to find and very expensiv, so do plan to walk a lot.

We had a very nice stay. I recommend renting bikes from the place down the block. You can get everywhere within 5 minutes on bicycle.

We appreciated the generous public spaces, endless pool towels and coffee. Owners were prompt in answering our questions. Other guests were mature, quiet, respectful. However, for the price, a few important factors were overlooked. The mattresses were woefully hard and in need of replacement. So much careful attention to details, including exquisite pillows and linens. But the mattresses were awful and we didn’t sleep much during our stay. Also the bathroom vanity wood was in poor condition, peeling/shredded/chunks missing. And one evening as we arrived back to the inn, as a work crew member was peeing in the bushes by the driveway and then walked back up to the porch zipping up his pants. Would we stay here again? For the price versus the negatives, probably not.

Brought my girlfriend here for suprise getaway. Place was great! Super clean, easy to get around. Beautiful grounds and close enough to strip but far enough as well. Really had no interactions besides cleaning lady. Would definitely go back, very romantic and quiet venue
