Stayed Mar 12, 2022Pros: Awesome hosts, very friendly and very quick to respond to questions. Close to Angel Fire skiing (10 minute drive). Beautiful area; two deer hung outside our window much of time there. Property very clean. Master bedroom good size w/ huge closet. Would certatinly rent again, because of hosts gratitude (though not with our 2 children as place is too small). Cons: You have downstairs/basement of building shown. Kitchen does not have oven or stove and tiny table. Only allows 4 guests, but very small 2nd bedroom has 2 bunkbeds. One tiny bathroom. Bring your own TP and paper towels, those provided were very low quality. Old coffee provided, no conditioner provided. Need to take your garbage across town before leaving. Hot tub is a walk up a small hill, around building to the owners porch.

Stayed Dec 16, 2021We really enjoyed our visit. The property was beautiful. Deer were right outside our door. The beds were comfy and everything was extremely clean.

Stayed Aug 26, 2021We were a little surprised about the “to do list” requiring removal of linens, washing of all dish-ware and transport of our trash to the Angel Fire dump. It seems the cleaning fee would cover these housekeeping duties.

Stayed Jul 5, 2020Robbin and Ash thought of everything. The house is beautifully set in the tall pines with plenty of room to explore out back. They answered all questions quickly and were all around great hosts. Would stay here again.
