Enchanting Hideaway ON Cheyenne Creek! Five Minute Walk to Broadmoor!

Dissatisfied Received a long list of property rules but no wifi password. The place is rundown, the railings on the deck rotted and disconnected from the post. Big fall risk. The boards on deck questionable. There was stickiness on the couch looked in closet for blanket and found one bunched up, not folded. Clean? All corners of rooms need scrubbing/ cleaning.Couldn’t control tv volume and there was no volume control on TV. Messaged and then called host to be told I needed to download a universal app. Really not what I wanted to deal with after long day. No WiFi password given . Someone in a hunting? Shack at back of property with lights on pointed at us. We left. No thanks. Couldn’t find how to complain to VRBO

Clean room, perfect location. You all you need in the apartment.

No A/C was advertised it had it.. Yard was a mess. Hand railing broken. Wouldn't advise booking here...

This was exactly what I needed: calm, easily accessed, close to both nature and conveniences.

Listing was not accurate as it didn’t specify wood fire stove as sole source of heating. I have severe chronic health issues and cannot be around wood smoke as it is a carcinogen. Even though I contacted him three days prior to our stay as soon as I found out about the heating, this host refused to refund our payment so that we could book another place. Total lack of compassion and I was in town for my mother’s funeral!!! I should have read the reviews first and I would have seen the red flags. Advise extreme caution before booking a property with this host!

Very quaint upstairs loft unit, right near the Broadmoor. We had an event at the Broadmoor so it was very easy to get back and forth. Place was clean and cozy. Only issue was the door had broken before we got there so there was no way to lock the door (we weren’t even given keys). I would have liked to know this ahead of time for safety reasons but only found out upon arrival.

Hideaway on Cheyenne Creek was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Check-in and communication were easy. Private and secluded yet easy drive to the Broadmoor. Air conditioning provided by a portable unit that requires being drained if you plan to use it. Parking is conveniently separate from the resident’s parking so it feels private. Very well stocked and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our host had get communication with us. The nieghbhood was quiet and the property was in a beautiful part of the city. We enjoy enjoyed the Cog Railway at Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods. It way a wonderful getaway.

It was a very fun bungalow. We had a couple of glitches, but overall, things were great. We were able to get a reservation for 1 night, which was very nice.

Communication was wonderful. Location was perfect for our stay. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Very beautiful place for couples or family

A perfect little place to stay in the canopy of trees above the creek just at the base of the Cheyenne mountain. So well situated, quiet and well equipped for a week's stay.Our host was a great communicator and apartment is easy to access.

Property is exactly as described. One room second story bungalow with a deck overlooking a rushing creek. We found it to be very clean, comfortable, and simple. The location was very convenient, easy to access and close to Pikes Peak activities. The host is very easy to communicate with and responds promptly. We would definitely stay there in the future if we return to Colorado Springs.

It is beautiful and probably very pleasant in the winter. No A/C very warm inside. At 11:15pm it was 65 outside and 78 inside.Front door does not lock from the inside and you are required to leave the key to the room in a lockbox right next to the door.Small complaint, the TV volume is locked very low. Also, very dusty inside.

A comfortable studio style abode. A little tricky to find the first time,but very private and a great location to use as a base for adventures.

Quiet, lovely setting, loved the creek atmosphere. Wish we had more time on deck. Needs a Keurig for AM coffee. Maybe better lighting on stairs. Very special

This host is so on point with responses and the sound of the creek is so soothing; not to mention how close you are to some gorgeous scenic areas. My s/o had never visited Colorado before and staying here has him ready to leave and move out here

A perfect location! We had planned to visit the Cheyenne Mtn Zoo the day after our arrival. We enjoyed a nice walk to the Broadmoor Hotel after our check in & discovered lots of hiking trails close by.Will definitely come & stay again.

We were unable to stay due to arriving to a broken lock on the door and had to find new accommodations in the middle of the night after a long flight. I have requested a refund but have not received a reply.

Great location and so close (less than 2 mins drive) from Broadmoor Resort. I saved about $1250 over 5 nights versus staying at BM for a convention. I actually feel like I walked less than if I stayed at the resort due to the free valet parking at both main entrances at Broadmoor. Dustin responded within minutes everytime I had a question or a concern. I will stay here again if available the next time I am in CO Springs !!
