This is the most charming carriage house in Seagrove! We had such a wonderful time there—great location for easy access to Seaside, Watercolor and all of Seagrove. The finishes and detail in this unit are beautiful.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED the Carriage House! The vibe is so chic and cozy, and the space is designed to perfection. You’ll love the clean crisp feel of the space, along with the beautiful linens. It was an extra treat to meet our wonderful host, Lea, so very kind and beyond accommodating! The Carriage House is perfect for a couples getaway, or small family, located in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. A short walk or bike ride will have you on the beach, or to one of the great neighboring restaurants in Seagrove, Seaside or Watercolor. We actually want to live here! Thank you for everything, Lea!

Exceptional property! Located near the heart of Seaside - walk to the beach and town easily! An absolute gem!!!

This was such a perfect little place, it had everything we needed for making a simple breakfast, beds were so comfy and location was great, we enjoyed walking to the center but had convenient bikes to ride as well. We felt very at home here, book this place you won’t be disappointed! I will be back again!

This space was the perfect home base for our 30A sister trip! We loved the proximity to Seaside and Rosemary Beach - the walkability and bike ability were perfect! The beach was so close to this rental and so convenient. The host was very responsive to all questions.

We loved our stay! The property had everything we needed to enjoy our beach trip, including beach chairs and bikes, nice kitchen for simple meals/heating up food, and cozy beds. The location was a very short walk to the beach - 5 minutes - through a quiet neighborhood. The closest beaches were beautiful and not as crowded as the surrounding beaches. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our time at this property. It definitely has a Cali vibe and is well appointed and maintained. We had a car but you don’t need one. Seaside and Watercolor are a quick walk or bike ride from this spot. It’s easy to walk to Seagrove Market, the beach and Watercolor shopping center. The property has everything you need before you head out on your way!
