Cozy private basement suite with separate entrance, GREAT neighborhood! We own!

Great place for a couple’s retreat! Clean, neat, and Drew was very responsive to all our questions and requests. Wonderful fireplace! Special treat that location offers quick and easy access to mid-town bike trails!

Our stay was great! Drew was very friendly and the space was very comfortable. Loved having the fireplace and shuffleboard. One thing to watch out for - our GPS took us to the wrong location at first. There are 2 places with the same address about 7 min apart. After we figured that out we didn't have any issues and had a lovely stay. Definitely recommend!

The company I work for was flooded during hurricane helene. Stayed here for a week while now working in Charlotte. Everything was as described and I found the couch very comfortable. I worked long hours so I didn't see around the area much as it was dark but my husband said it was a very nice neighborhood. Drew was always responsive and helpful. The bed was decent especially for people with bad backs. It had everything we needed overal for our stay :-). I am also sure if there was something we needed Drew would have accomidated.

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood. SouthPark shopping is a few minutes by car and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. The host (Drew) dropped by to say hello and we had a great conversation. I recommend this property!

We stayed here for an event at Bank of America Stadium. Great location- close to uptown without being in the “middle” of traffic and noise. Host was friendly & gives detailed instructions for stay. We had to leave very early in the morning and was relieved to read check out procedures were very minimal.

This is an excellent property in a very nice area of Charlotte. As a single woman, I felt extremely safe, which is very important to me. The host is extremely accommodating and responsive, everything I needed was supplied and the space was quiet, clean, and cozy. I highly recommend this property.

Very nice place very clean. Great host. I had a difficult time with the lockbox but host contacted a super nice nice neighbor who helped out. A few suggestions would be nice to have had a hair dryer, and rather than a toaster an air fryer combo unit would be welcome. Host had some very nice touches with extra toiletries in the bathroom. Full Legntb mirror would have been welcome too but not a huge issue

We have stayed many places and this was perfect. Normally I do pros and cons as everyone has them. This stay was all pros however. Clean, dark bedroom, nice neighborhood, convenient location. Drew was very accommodating and anything you need was available. I enjoyed morning coffee on the swing while listening to the birds. Thank you.

I travel alone and this visit to Charlotte was delightful! The owner was friendly and helpful when looking for restaurants. The apartment was cozy and I felt very safe.

This property was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood is lovely, there’s plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable, and the gardenias by the driveway smell glorious! The host was detailed with the check-in/check-out process, and they checked on us throughout our stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet them, but they were very easy to reach, if we had a question. We highly recommend this property.

The property is located in a great location. Everything was as advertised in the listing. Excellent communication from the host. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a place to stay in Charlotte for a few days.

I stayed for a few weeks and this was easily one of my best stays! The neighborhood is quiet, Drew made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay, and I never felt unsafe. 100% recommend this property!
