Cozy Neighborhood Spot Close to Downtown

Amazing experience. Perfect accommodation. Clean, and cozy. Well maintained and comfortable. We will booked again for sure!

Easy access to downtown Denver but very quiet neighborhood. All amenities needed for a good weekend. Friendly host.

Constant construction around property not disclosed prior to stay; active construction starts around 0700-0800 so not great if you plan to sleep in. Limited street parking taken up by large trucks and construction signs limiting parking. Host in and out of garage at different hours of the day; this felt quite uncomfortable for my friend and I as this wasn’t disclosed either. I would not stay here again. Place itself was clean.

THIS PROPERTY WAS CUTE AS IT COULD BE WITH COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATIONS AND MODERN DECOR WITH LITTLE TOUCHES THAT MADE IT UNIQUE. THE HOST WAS FRIENDLY WENT WE MET HIM ON THE STREET BUT MADE IT A POINT TO LET US KNOW BY EMAIL THAT HE WAS AVAILABLE IF WE NEEDED HIM. THE LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT AND WALKABLE AND WE ENJOYED EXPLORING THE NEIGHBORHOOD. WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment is very cozy, with a rustic but modern feel. It has everything you need for an extended stay, with the exception of W/D. The bathroom is HUGE! The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood but with quick access to the city. Gannon was a fantastic host. We appreciated his very proactive and clear communication. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again!

Exactly as expected! The space was cozy and perfect for our stay! Gannon was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any message. Close to the city and highway with the quietness of suburban living.

The host responded in a timely manner and was friendly. There were thoughtful items prepared in both the kitchen and bathroom. The bed and the couch were both a bit hard, but there were plenty of pillows and blankets. I liked being able to open the windows for some fresh air and the lighting was good.

Lovely stay. The unit has a great layout with a very functional small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and large tub/shower. Great natural light and lots of light fixtures for evening illumination. Good communication with the owner and a prompt response to the one question I had. I will absolutely book this space if it's available on my next trip to Denver.

We walked to restaurants nearby. Street parking was easy. The unit is above a garage, so very quiet. Easy to communicate with our host.

Great little spot close to everything. Historic town of Sunnyside was just right before and after the 3-day music festival we were in town for. Gannon was available when we reported a slow drain, and it was fixed by the time we got back. Great stay, great host, great time!!

The home was perfect and cozy! Hosts were excellent and attentive without being overbearing. There’s a small fridge and freezer with all the appliances you could need for a quick vacation. The location is amazing as well - only 10-20 from the city and easy access to head north towards Boulder/Westminster as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved the decor, easy check in/out directions and quick responses from the host! Neighborhood was safe enough for a run in the morning and close enough to walk to food and shops! The host was super responsive - changed an outside bulb promptly when I mentioned it was out. Place is very clean and fresh. Big bath, lovely tub and shower. All the amenities and kitchen supplies you could need. Bed was comfy. Loved that I could open windows for fresh air or turn on fan as needed. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking. The VRBO was lovely- the kitchenette has everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very updated. Gannon was the right level of responsive without being invasive. Sunnyside was a cute, quiet neighborhood but very close to the action. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was the perfect place for us. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and to get coffee. The neighborhood is so cute! The rental had everything we needed and the host was very attentive. We will absolutely stay here again!
