Ideal for families or groups relishing mountain adventures or tranquil retreats.

Step inside our carriage house that carefully marries traditional mountain charm with modern conveniences. The heart of the home is our living room, featuring two plush chairs for Cozy conversations, a queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra resting space and a 55 smart TV for your entertainment needs. As you flow from the living space, you'll find our fully-equipped kitchenette, thoughtfully appointed with a refrigerator/freezer, an air fryer/toaster, and a griddle, perfect for crafting a hearty breakfast before heading out for a day of adventure. The nearby dinette offers the perfect space for enjoying meals and creating lasting memories. Our private bedroom is a haven of its own, featuring a queen bed with a trundle underneath for added comfort. Ample closet and dresser space are available for storage, providing a homely feel. The carriage house also houses a full bathroom located in the living area, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout your stay. Remember, our home is your home during this stay. We cater to both short term explorers or long term seekers of peace and tranquility.
Should heavy snow occur, we will have the premises cleared in a timely manner. A snow shovel and ice melt are provided and located in the entryway at bottom of stairs.

Additionally, the parking space is on an incline. In the event of snow, we advise to move your vehicle to the street until our management team can clear the driveway. Do not attempt to drive up or down the driveway in snow without 4 wheel drive.

The main house is frequently rented so please do not park in the driveway in front of the garage. The space provided for the carriage house is at the beginning of driveway labeled Bear Essentials. Please respect the privacy of these renters as they will be respecting yours.
