Cozy casita perfect for the traveler wanting to experience sunny Phoenix!

I just needed a quiet clean place to sleep and it fit that bill very well. I didn't arrive until after dark and had a little trouble figuring out where I needed to be but that just might be me.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The only issue was a squeaky bed. We appreciated the easy instructions for check-in. All went well.

Nice casita in a quiet, safe, residential gated community. Host was able to accommodate an early check in which was much appreciated.

This Casita was very clean, and the owners were great communicators. I highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely stay here again if I'm in fhe area.

We had a comfortable and quiet one night stay. It was located in a safe neighborhood and close to dining and shopping. If staying longer we would recommend bringing a tea kettle or coffee pot.

The room was great. Nice shower, comfortable bed, very clean. The neighborhood area and the property itself are so quiet I did not see another person the entire time I was there until I left the gate to the golf area! A kcup machine with a couple pods would be perfection!

Host made everything easy! Good instructions and I was worried about getting into the gated community but it’s easy. Such a cute place and really comfy bed, shower is big and the location is really quiet and nice.

It was great as a room to stay in. It was nice to be in a gated community. If you want to use kitchen facilities the only thing provided was some paper bowls and a box of plastic forks.

Connor was quick to respond when I had trouble getting into the main gate.

The actual Casita was very cute, but it was extremely difficult to find in the dark. The address on the house was way over on the west side. We noticed the next morning no light was on to help us find it. It was kind of difficult. There was also no extra toilet paper and only a small part of a roll so we had to be very careful.

Location was very quiet and safe, AC worked too well making it very comfortable in Arizona heat. Room was a good size and shower head was tall enough to accommodate taller guests. Host was easy to communicate with. Had a minor issue that was resolved. One star was deducted because the bed was uncomfortable and noisy. If my partner moved throughout the night it would wake me up and vice versa, the bedframe also took up a large portion of the room and had a gap between the headboard and mattress so the pillows kept falling in. Aside from that the stay was good. Would recommend for a quick trip.

Quiet nice neighborhood. Convenient location for our event. Felt safe & secure. Casita was clean. Not the most comfortable mattress. The casita has several unnecessary pieces of bedframe storage addition thst take upnspace that.could be used for a small table so we could have had our meal not on the bed or floor. Also lacking a coffee pot orKeurig. Property manager were helpful & responded quickly. Not much check out info listed. Overall 3.5 stars for comfort, 5 stars on location, cleanliness & communication. We enjoyed the little casita; it was very safe and secure. Our only minor problem was a small leak under the toilet. It would leak onto the bathroom floor, but again this was minor.

Fit our needs perfectly. Just as described. Small one room with bathroom, fridge and microwave. Think small hotel room. Beautiful neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive.

This was our second time staying at the property. Host are extremely helpful. The location is easy to find and close to plenty of restaurants and medical facilities. We had to travel for medical reason and this is about a mile from the hospital/ Dr. The casita is spacious and very clean I recommend staying. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood on a golf course.

Property was easy to find. It was clean and meant all our needs, the host were very accommodating. Very quick to answer my questions. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

The casita was quiet and private. The host was very responsive. It was as advertised. If you like coffee in the morning bring a coffee maker . We brought a French press and that worked well. We would be happy to stay again.

This place is located in a great area and very clean. The owners were quick to respond to my messages. My wife was very happy that the owners included a small padded cot for our 2-year old to sleep in. We are very happy with our stay :)

During the blazing heat the AC worked flawlessly Everything is as listed having a parking space was also a plus Overall super happy with our stay here !
