I love this property, soon as we walked in a room it smelled like pinesol (so refreshing) you can tell the room was throughly cleaned. All the staff were friendly, and courteous. I would definitely recommend
I love the place really if you looking for something this is the best
Great price but still close to the city. Easy enough to get to Port Authority via NJ transit bus at 3.50/ticket 25 mins or so. Mexican restaurant across from the hotel was SO GOOD! I would stay here again.
We loved our stay here, in this nice and quite location overlooking the Hudson, and just minutes from NYC, with easy access to the bus station. The bust stop was right across the street from the hotel, and we used the 85 to get us to NYC via the Port Authority, right into Time Square. I loved the convenience of the location. And there are lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel so you don’t need to go far to get good food. All in all a great experience. Will definitely book here again.
I really had high expectations for this listing. The pictures looked clean and beautiful online. The check-in was smooth and easy, however, we had a lot of bags to carry but there were no luggage trolleys in sight. The receptionist actually asked us to look around for it, so quality of service there was zero. We got to our room only to realize that there was hairball over the shower and the toilet bowl had stains on it from previous use. I was disgusted and disappointed. I called downstairs to have someone do a quick clean but nobody came. The next morning I asked 3 times and they told me someone will be sent. We came back that night to the same dirty bathroom. To cut the long story short, nobody came to clean it, no one followed up on it and excuses were given every time I complained about it. I must’ve asked for it to be cleaned 7 different times. Anyway, bad experience all around. I won’t be visiting this location again and I’ll tell my people to avoid it as well.
The hotel was classy and offered a lot of convenience including a market for snacks and bistro. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Convenient location, walking distance to the Riverfront and restaurants
Good
All was good but we expected a view of Hudson from hotel from description.
Location was perfect for commuting to/from NYC & the staff was GREAT for giving us easy to follow directions. Our ONLY complaint was the lack of mirrors outside the bathroom. With four females, an additional mirror in the main area of the room would have been so nice!
I was charged for parking. Vrbo website stated complimentary parking on 3rd floor. I called the hotel and was told that they have been charging for parking for over a year now! Vrbo needs to update their website!!
This was my first time to NYC. Me, my son, daughter and son in law. We wanted a place to stay that was more affordable than in the city. We were so pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was and the price was okay. I'm a shower snob and don't like most showers when traveling. I loved this shower. Bright and roomy. There is a bus stop right across the street from there. Bus is $3.50 to go into the city. It takes about 30-35 min to get into NYC. The front desk gives you a paper with the details about how to use the bus. Worked out perfectly! Parking your car at the hotel is free!
Weekend in New York. The bus made the city easily accessible. Friendly staff.
The perfect location , where you can walk observing Manhatten.
When I booked the parking was included instead I was charged $15 per day by the hotel
I worked for Marriott a few moons ago and this by far was the nicest Courtyard ever. It was even nicer than a couple of regular Marriott’s I have stayed in.
